- In celebration of 25,000 subscribers, here is my first full length 3v3 arena movie playing as Fire God Comp / Fire Play. Filmed during Season 13 patch 5.3. Contains games vs some of the best players and multi rank 1 / gladiators. I didn't want to add too much video fx and editing in this video because I wanted to embrace the actual game play. I don't claim to be the best mage, so the purpose of this video is to mainly show how far I've come compared to my first video playing at around 1800 mmr. I'd like to thank you all for sticking with me on my journey. You guys are a huge part of what I do. EDIT: Near the end of the season, we ended up being Rank 1 Fire Play in the world. Keep in mind there weren't any Fire Plays at this mmr. 99% of God Comps were played with a Frost Mage

Hansol you are my idle for fire mage pvp. I stoped playing my mage went to my lock when mop drooped. but then I came across one of your pvp vids and went right back to gearing my mage. Great vids man.

Good question. Touch of the Grave doesn't count toward the crits. Heating up and Hot Streak exclusively revolves around Fire element spells and abilties. I believe TotG is shadow damage.

Yep. It's definitely very hard to pull off especially when you're playing at 2.4k+ mmr. The enemies are very good and know how to counter your attacks. Glad to see that you see the teamwork, communication, and skill level involved.
You and your team are remarkable. It's as if you all share the same brain. Hearing you communicate is like trying to read graffiti. You have your own language and your reaction time and decision making skills are truly incredible. keep the videos coming man.

People underestimate how game-changing having good coms is, in arena.
People think they can just not talk and pwn, but you have to keep alert, and alive with your team-mates, and you should expect the same from them.
Not just in WoW, but in any game where teamwork is needed to win.

If a lot of the Fire game play changes, then yes. Most likely, a lot of the mechanics will still be the same, so you can watch my MoP guide I made back in March. The only aspect that has changed since I made the guide is the gemming (which I made a separate updated video about).

But good movie Hansol ! The frantic vent conversion is always intense and gets me so pumped.
god.. i was so bad with my cs’s back then it makes me cringe. using it for half/quarter silence on healers instead of actually locking important spells on the off target. few years after this video was released, i finally started actually using cs 123 macros and binds.
and it wasn’t until a year or so i started to get much better cs awareness on what/when i need to lock out enemies. crazy how individual skill development in this game is still capable of evolving after all these years of well over a decade of arenas being live.

Yep, as I mentioned in one of my previous videos where I talk about best in slot trinkets for Fire, this one helps a lot! Keep in mind I had Jade Spirit procced as well.
anyone that has experience with fire mages and has played them at high level knows how hard it is to consistently pull off bursts whilst also surviving/kiting with ofcourse the need to cc also. You are an amazing fire mage man, hansol #1 mage.
