Then a couple chapters later, I read the rotor arm’s Path in the pause menu: “The rotor arm was lost in the lake, forever.” 😂👎🏻

I love how the whole Laura and Max issue could have been prevented if Travis just lied when he met them in the woods. If Laura tells him. 'We came a day early to scope things out. They know we are coming.' And Travis actually tells them that this is unlikely since Chris Hackett, their employer, is his brother and he is not even at the camp right now because he is visiting their parents. Meaning that the camp is still locked up and they cannot stay the night there making the motel the logical option. You don't want to piss off your employer by breaking in after all.
But they would have join the other teens and be in the same situation because of Jacob

- Max and Laura go to the Motel and then goes to the camp in the morning.
- At the end of camp Jacob sabotages the van in hopes to spend one more night with Emma.
- Max and Laura offer to take 1 or 2 people with them in their car.
- The rest of the counselors are stranded for one more night.
Or Jacob could pull a double asshole move and sabotage the van and Max's car to make sure no one leaves. Because there is the possibility that Emma goes with Max and Laura in their car. No matter what someone is still going to be stranded at the camp for one more night.
I love that the family has all these cages and doesn’t just lock everyone who’s a wolf in them for the night 🙃
kaylee and caleb decided to go out and use their wolf form to maybe kill silas. thats why they are not in their cage (you can find a letter from kaylee explaining their plan)
@@yuritm8120 A plan that happens to range anywhere from reckless to idiotic; there's no indication that werewolves attack each other, especially their sire. Who knows who might be around during the full moon? There were, what, three innocent casualties already - a couple of hikers and a journalist mentioned in passing? There's precedent. Seems Chris' kids are pretty stupid, no wonder the rest of the family is complaining so much while rounding them up.

Totally agree. I know there’s an ending where all the people that can get infected get infected, however some people still die in it. I really wish there was like a “wolf pack” ending, where all the characters get infected, but stay alive, so they’re all cursed together. As wolves are pack animals, it makes sense, plus it would mean all the counselors could have to stay together at the camp, and we could get like a big final scene of them all as a group turned into their wolf forms howling at the moon.

I'm not totally sure but I think travis knew where to look because he remembered that Laura and Max said they were ran off the road by a strange animal or person when he originally found them in the beginning of the game.
I watched faze Jev's playthrough and in it travis said to laura before leaving to look for silas "I bet that animal you saw two months ago was him"
It was because Travis said that Silas left Hackett Quarry and went elsewhere, like he recounts how there were sightings of a huge albino wolf. So I think that's why Travis couldn't find him since he just wasn't at the Quarry and Travis was essentially waiting for Silas to come back. Still weird why Silas came back at all though but maybe it was just to see the burn site.

I just beat the game with everyone alive. I liked how the game gives you extra chances to go back and save people. What really would have made this game better is if there was an extra scene where everyone meets up again, if you managed to save everyone. Oh well... Would have liked a longer game as well. 8/10 for me.
well i think the game is great and we haven't been seen all so far after that few days the game is out. "Everyone alive" is relative and different for each player.
I have beaten the game with 3 kills: Chris hackett, caleb hackett and the white wolf, still i don't count it on "everyone alive". Pretty sure there is a way where Chris could be saved. But well since there is no special trophy for it people will not care about if the main characters did survive.
How do u go back I didn't see that option?
@@romanbarr When someone gets killed, the screen pauses and you get the option of going back in time and saving the person who got killed. You get three lives (hearts). You might need to have the more expensive version of the game to get this feature.

I'd say this game has a severe lack of character development. We never get to know what personal issues that Ryan was dealing with when he was talking to Chris. We never got to see where Jacob and Emma's relationship was heading, whether Abi and Nick get together. The only piece of character development we got was whenever Dylan was talking about what classes he wants to take and how he likes science. I know that these details don't matter whenever it includes monsters trying to kill said people, but why even put those details in the game if you weren't gonna elaborate even further?
Not everything is about elaborating, and not everything has to be said. The game is about choices and surviving the night, no need for a deep dive into the psychological profile of the characters. There always has to be one person that says “nO cHarAcTer DevELoPmeNt” like dude the game takes span over 10 hours…
@@camarec2282 bro what? That still doesn't dismiss my point. There is still a lack of character development here. The game is practically a 7+ hour movie and at the end of it there is little to no change about the characters. The only thing that is remotely a scar is the ending where Dylan gets his hand cut off and everyone survives. We don't get a single indicator on how the characters are affected by this very traumatic event in their lives. And sure it may not affect you but I'm sure that it bugs a lot of people who not only enjoy the game but also enjoy the characters. How are you supposed have main characters that have no depth whatsoever. Hell we don't know anything about like more than half of the main characters. I feel like you can write a horror story AND also have characters that people can relate to.
@@camarec2282 Also, if there are movies out there that can explore their main characters story while also have them solve or accept their issues within the span of 2 hours, I'm pretty sure a game within the span of 7-10 hours can do the same or better.

Jacob and Emma's relationship actually gets some light in a lot of different secret endings. Search it up on TH-cam.
There is one where Jacob tells Emma that it was him who broke the van and he did it for her. There is another where Jacob is infected and turns in front of her and can kill Emma, etc.
Others : Survived the night
Laura : killed silas, curing every infected person who survived the night
Infected and killed are 2 different things
Nick gets infected and turns, Ryan gets infected if you have Laura bite him, but they aren’t killed in their human or werewolf forms, and thus if Silas is killed, those infected or turned will be free of the curse and will no longer be infected
But those completely mauled and killed will not, such as Bobby if he is killed by Chris *Thanks to Lombax for reminding me it was Chris*

You can keep everyone, including Hackets, alive, except for Chris and Silas.
Survived with 8/10 honestly the characters surviving didn't feel so impactful for me as it did in until dawn. I think it was because of the podcast ending.
Hated the podcast and found anton to be insufferable

Honestly I loved the podcast ending Easter egg. Brian Murphy and Emily axford, chef’s kiss. The game itself was a bit disappointing toward the end.
@@nagiko100 the podcast is a problem not because of the actors but because of how boring it is. People wanted to see everyone meet up after the night was over, or at least have an interview segment. Instead you just listen to two insufferable characters go over the evidence you found.

kaylee, who tried to save silas, is the only character you have no control whatsoever over dying-- she dies EVERY time

You'll most likely have to wait for the path links to be data mined since theirs roughly 200 endings I guess but let's be real all but 10 are probably filler endings where only this combination survived and such.
You don't have to kill Silas, but avoiding killing him means several people are infected at the end of the game.
As for Kaylee i'm yet to find a way to save her.

My biggest gripe is that for some reason, the game ends after we figure the identity of the witch and her son. We NEVER got to know or see Silas in human form. It would have been amazing to actually meet Silas in human form and spend some time with him to make the decision to kill him or not all that more pressing. I wouldn't mind 1 more chapter just dedicated to getting to know Silas and developing relationships between him and the characters since he's such an important character in the story. It was such a missed opportunity for more emotional impact.
The not shooting Silas ending may be logical but it just feels unsatisfying. It would have been really cool to have a save Silas and everyone ending even as a secret ending. Maybe by killing the hag.

@@helgenlane I don't think he's a wendigo. Its mentioned that he was a feral child, which meant he probably spent most of his early years raised by animals and in the wilderness, so he would know how to survive on his own.

True also that I do think that the writing was how was it because they did make it like Scream with the dialogue and also the fact that every character is worse than Far Cry NPCs when it comes to acknowledging things not for sure but im pretty sure they were heavily inspired by scream at least when it comes to writing probably why and obviously the writers knew that by mentioning it

i think a lot of people get upset when horror characters are stupid and illogical but that’s because they’re not in the situation, if i was in this situation i’d be in shock for 80% of it so i wouldn’t think to use a boat or anything like that.

I only know of 2 places she dies so far. Everyone knows the one part, if she doesn't shoot Nick, and the second I know if has to do with the ladder and infected-Emma.

There has to be an ending where Caleb is in the freezer, Chris is subdued, and Silas is cured or something. The cards have to lead to something
Doesn't seem likely since it doesn't say in the game how Silas the Wolf Boy was infected in the first place. Plus the Hag aka his mother doesn't seem to want or know how to cure him only that she wants him safe.
We never learn how/if Silas was ever infected. So no sadly that ending doesn't exist.
You could hide Dylan in the freezer when Kaitlyn is infected so she won't get killed by Caleb, Chris can get caught in the tree trap and be stuck hanging all night which can save the majority of them. Emma and Abigail can survive in the surveillance room. Bobby, Jedediah, and Constance can all be spared too, but I don't know about the Laura, Travis, and Ryan situation. It might just come down to the whole Silas or Laura, Ryan, or Travis trio. As far as I can tell, it's either kill him or be killed. Either way, the Hackett's won't stop until Silas is dead. And if he isn't killed (and Travis isn't either) Laura just gets trapped in the basement by Travis.
I know if you don’t hesitate when shooting silas it means travis lives, since silas was the one who infected everyone killing him should cure everyone else
You can use the stuffed animal to distract caleb and lock him in the freezer, the chris one I’m not too sure who to stop so if someone knows how he doesn’t get shot by ryan please comment and if these actions are followed everyone minus silas should live.
P.s. the hag seems disappointed that we couldn’t save the counselors or hacketts and gets angry about silas so there has to be something
I haven’t played so idk but I think if Laura and Ryan don’t find Ryan in the stick maybe he’d still be subdued and there’s a difference if Ryan lives where it says “his encounter with the white wolf” vs everyone else it says “salis” I don’t think that’s a coincidence
So Abigail is like the one person you can save without a whole lot happening. Just have to shoot Nick when he goes all feral and then succeed at some QTEs. Otherwise it's a lot of stuff just happening and she's along for the ride.
Ryan is the "last 2 chapters for potential death" person.
Emma could be infected or killed multiple times.
Jacob could be infected or killed multiple times.
Nick is either cured or remains infected.
Kaitlyn can survive, be infected, remain infected, or be killed in multiple ways.
Dylan can survive (with and without his left hand), be infected, remain infected, and also be killed in a few ways.
Laura can have the same as Kaitlyn really.
Max only really dies if he swims across instead of staying given you only have the one chance for it and then otherwise is either cured or remains infected.
So seems about like Until Dawn. There's characters that can't possibly die before the later parts and there's others who end up having things thrown left and right at them while still others are mostly just there for long periods with sporadic insta-death conditions.
About Abigail, she can easily be killed if Emma is infected (I don't remember which episode), if Emma isn't infected she is fine for throughout of story (beside killed by nick lol).
Oh, also Nick can be killed by Laura when he in the cage on Hackett's house

This game is so nuianced, that there's 186 different endings in total, every playthrough I've seen so far has had a different outcome and it's interesting to see the choices that led up to them

Kill everyone, let some people survive and kill white wolf, let everyone be infected or dead, let some people survive but white wolf is not dead, let absolutely everyone stay alive or infected. Then you have a difference depending on whether you collected evidence or not, that's it.

That's my favorite ending because I think they are the only characters who actually get to reunite so that makes that ending my favorite
theyre so so cute together, its unfortunate you only get to see it in an extremely unlikely ending, but max's reaction to seeing hjs girlfriend is literally:
-make her laugh
-love on her
-compliment the healing of her eye
-state the obvious ("can we go home now")
like hes not a dick to her at all meanwhile every other character has the opportunity to be a dick to everyone else, laura can even be a dick to max, but hes immune to being a dick to his gf its so healthy and sweet

I don't know. For all the options this game has, they disregard your choice literally every chance they get.
It would've been cool if they could switch characters every time the option differed the decision or the gun or whatever to another character. Also, kind of an over haul, but imagine a scenario/discussion where they go to the Harbinger Motel instead and Laura and Max actually do get to the camp on time, and now they all just have to survive and figure out the mystery together?
EDIT: Also, seeing Silas in human form would've been cool. And getting an end credit scene like Until Dawn where the survivors are interrogated would've upped the replay value since you WANT to get them all to the end alive. Like how does a story driven game have no closure at all??

Proceeds to make a video with 9 endings, none of them labelled, with no explanation as to which is which.
The ending where Silas is dead is the good ending. The ending where everyone dies is the bad ending. The ending where all Hackets die and Silas is alive is the "true" ending. Secret ending is when all Hackets die Laura and Max survive, so Laura and Max are reunited.
they should be labeled but with logic you can figure out which ones are which. Silas getting killed is the good ending because the curse is gone. Everyone dying is the bad ending. Silas staying alive but all the hacketts living is the true ending because it is what the ghost was trying to accomplish. Since rarely any endings have both max and laura alive by the end, this is the secret ending because so many things need to go right for them both to be alive when the game ends.

There always seems to be some characters that live but they're just infected. While it seems bad on the surface I would think that the surviving people may have more chances to figure out where Silas is and end the curse for good.
@@MadLover4690 I have no idea what you are talking about. The game has like "200 endings" which simply means "200 combinations of deaths". But the only meaningful endings are the ones I listed. It's impossible to kill absolutely everyone, Caleb and Silas must stay alive to kill everyone else.

Laura at times has a spicy attitude but she's definitely a keeper. Tries her hardest to save her boyfriend. Gotta commend her for that even if she's not my favorite.

“Spicy” kills multiple people, when she could’ve worked with Travis to help everyone AND she doesn’t feel remorseful
AND she literally was the one that killed Siles AKA finished the curse, so Kaylee, (possibly Nick) and Chris didn’t “need” to die.
She’s literally the worst acting like a good person but having no problem killing others for her deadbeat boyfriend who transforms only during full moons

The way I see it, there are two "good endings": the one good for the player character where the White wolf lives and the infected Hacketts are wiped out, thus sparing you of the curse of the mother, and the one good for everyone else but bad for the player character, where the only life lost is the White Wolf, causing them to be cursed by the mother.
The witch was talking with Laura, she was the "player character".

@@calicat420 well, all along she trusts you to "avenge the Hackett family", and if you don't, the witch will be angry with you. if you kill the Hackett family, she will like you, especially if you don't kill the white wolf. Given these conversations between the witch and "you", it makes sense that it was Laura she was talking to all along. The only person who can kill the Hackett's or the white wolf (or not) is Laura.
+ if you end up in jail by Travis with Laura, the witch will tell you that although she likes you, but now she's leaving you alone and she can't do anything for you from now.

@@dustinthefire yes, if you don't pass the QTE on the shotgun-fight with the old hackett lady she will survive too. also there is a way to get bobby killed and an other way to get emma, dylan and caitlin infected. Well, it's a new game. I smile everytime when i do read "everyone survived", "ALL deaths" or "ALL endings" in youtube titles about the game.

All endings in this games looks more like death scene of different characters in other game rather then actual ending and i am still confused whose body was inside the river
It was a hiker who got lost, you can see various news reports of it in the game
yeah this game not made for different ending but it just made how optional different way to survive the night. i mean you can survive without kill Silas and everyone alive. or you can only kill Silas and "the end"

It was an environmentalist who was digging too deep into the attacks and the lack of animals in the area. The Hacketts killed him and put his body at the bottom of the river. If you have Jacob swim to find the car part, he’ll end up finding his body, and you have to search for the evidence that includes his notes.
So sad, that game designers not add chose "not touch car" for Jacob. It could be "fast ending" like a Far Cry 4 at first gameplay time

Like everyone at the car got crashed by a mountain rock or something, cops coming at late-night to the scene, then night falls so at the end we just see a video of them being attacked by "something", screaming and shooting while dying and a final howl out of scene.

That includes all choice differences, of course.
It’s interesting to compare with playthroughs and see which decisions really dont matter at all. Like choosing the beam or the window, running or hiding you get the same outcome.
Nah if you hide at the end when you’re playing Kaitlyn and Abi is still alive, you miss the opportunity to shoot ware-wolf Caleb with a silver bullet killing him instantly. Hiding takes up more time and you’re forced into the kitchen which prolongs the chase and could even kill you if you slip up

The 8th ending is my favorite because of Max and Laura. These two are my favorite characters. They were imprisoned for a while because of Max being infected. They managed to escape, Laura cured Max's infection and they reunited.
Same Max is just so charming to me

@@faris8757 Actually no. The Hackett family, specifically Kaylee and Caleb freed Silas and indirectly killed a bunch of people. Because of their actions, it resulted in the death of many others. Max and Laura made one mistake by coming early and they ended up being locked up for two months by Travis because Max was infected. They still managed to escape though.
How?! Ryan and Travis die. Why ryan dying is bad is self explanatory, Travis on the other hand. Travis is a good guy just trying to protect his family without having to kill anyone (which is the otehr option to imprisoning them. Letting them go wouldn't work because they would just call the cops and arrest the hacketts. He did his best.

Good - curse is lifted by killing Silas
Bad - curse remains
True - all Hackets die and curse remains
"Secret" - all Hackets die, Max and Laura survive
"Best" - only Silas and Chris die, everyone else survives and curse is lifted
Everything else is just filler.
I'd of rather had a final interaction with the characters who survived the night during the credits, rather than the podcast. Was a nice and different idea but it just didn't do anything for me. I went away wanting to know what became of them once the night was over.
Well, we can see the end for Jacob and Emma and Laura and Max after doing the right choices. But it feels a bit unsatisfying that there wasn’t a real end with reactions of the characters.
Appreciate you uploading this and the time spent cutting what you could to keep it relevant and short!

Max & Laura's relationship was so convincing and well crafted. You can see the bond and love between those two, one my favorites couples in gaming history 😊🤗 That gal want through hell and some rough stuff, to save the love of her life 🥰

You'd think, though it might be inconvenient, Kaitlyn would put something down to keep the door from sealing her in. She was at the camp for what, two months? Would she not be even a little aware that the freezer was like that before thinking "let's hide in here"?
Man I sucked with the shotgun. Because of my terrible aim I got pretty much everyone killed. The only survivors in my playthrough were Abigail and Dylan…in addition, Chris and Max the werewolf also survived. I’m guessing that was one of the worst endings you could get, Eliza basically said I sucked at the end, lol.

Dude, same exact thing here. Just finished the game a few days ago with only Dylan and Abi alive like in your playthrough😭 A few died because of my bad aiming. It’s a lot more sensitive than it is in Until Dawn, and felt tricky to shoot things

you can save caleb if kaitlin is infected by not passing the crane button tap then ignore the security room pass the don’t breath then try to run in the freezer room but don’t find the stuffed animal beforehand then caleb will spare kaitlin then run off.
The Crane doesn't kill Caleb, surprisingly. No idea how he gets out but he does and will later appear at the Cabin

for it you supposed to kill whole family with chris except for travis and you must be nice to him in prison scene, and let laura bite ryan, after ryan shots chris, travis opens expansion for chapter where yu must do QTE and try get gun but after you must get down and do QTE, and after that do same what travis says, Now for moment to kill caleb by kaitlyn there two options: for first way you bmust have emma and abigail be alive which leads them to pass kaitlyn a silver bullet which kills caleb, for another way you not indeed for emma and abigail, but you need to in start of game as abigail take toy with her, after that kaitly in kitchen can throw toy as bait in freezer, and close him in it which cause his dead due to freeze after silas get killed

I mean don’t get me wrong, I love this game, the visuals and graphics are amazing, the characters are more life like imo, and the story’s great, but the downsides is that the “final showdown” doesn’t feel like a final showdown to me, the main characters are all scattered through out the map rather than gathered in one place and facing the final boss creature together, and the end scene doesn’t feel right. I preferred the end scene to be like Until Dawn, where the survivors are interrogated by the authorities and telling them what happened to the event with their own prospectives rather than listening to a podcast. I like the idea of showing the newspaper coverage after the interrogation scene to show the players if they believed the survivor or not (based on how many evidences you collected during the game)
But this is just my opinion, feel free to think otherwise
Yea unfortunately the endings were too rushed, there was some last minute backstory for silas and then bam, either he is dead or you are dead. Still think Until Dawn was the better game
I had only 4 playable characters alive and 3 of the non-playable characters were alive at the end
Would be awesome to see a true good ending where everyone in the game is alive and you find a way to cure the infections without killing any of the werewolves including Silas and the old woman still like you (with also giving her the cards)

I so hoped that at dawn, after they showed us who died and who didn’t, they would show some small scenes with characters of the type: hugs, kisses, confession, smiles and tears, regrets, etc., not Speaking of developing relationships between characters...

This game had lots of potential and I appreciate all of the choices that were given. However, the endings are so underwhelming and inconclusive. Yeah, the boring expedition podcasts gives you answers. But we don’t know what happens to everyone on a mental/emotional level.
I felt the production was rushed to get it out sooner. I would have waited longer for visual outcomes and as for evidence and stuff, just end with a newspaper heading AFTER we see how our choices affected the cast and their relationships.
I watched my boyfriend play and I was so disappointed with his ending. He got Kaitlin killed and Ryan and Jacob. I hated how it just ended when Kaitlin got killed. Can’t wait to replay and try for a better ending.
So the werewolf powers only work on skin and clothes other than undies it seems. That brand they all use sure survives some heavy skin explosions and regrowth

In my opinion there isn't really a satisfying ending to this game, because whatever you do, the hag will still hate your guts.
Only person I got killed was Jacob, them damn switches for his cage door messed with me😂 (though I did wipe out the whole Hackett family bar Travis lol!) The scrapyard scene with Kaitlyn and Dylan was my favourite. Great game, defo gonna do another play through!
That scene in the scrapyard ended up being the most useless part of the whole game I swear 😂 it could’ve been cool but they just up and fuckin’ left because the car they wanted was dropped

Yeah, I was hoping we'd get something similar to Until Dawn or Man of Medan where the characters would talk about their experiences. Even in the other Dark Pictures anthology games I feel like the endings felt like there was closure. The Quarry's endings feel abrupt and underwhelming compared to the other games.

there's a plot hole where septimus closed the quarry ages ago for seemingly no good reason and the hackett family somehow has information about werewolves seemingly from septimus' era
maybe there's a bigger story in those mines and the hackett house

I watched someone play(Lirik on twitch) on his playthrough Caleb was killed, Max and Chris were still alive but in the end game it said that they were still infected, that makes no sense? Caleb was the one that bit Chris, its said in the game. So they should be cured. That sure is a plothole.

There is 186 endings according to devs, so these aren't all endings yet.
I think there are 10 or 15 endings with mini differences
Devs say that kind of thing when you got the exact same ending but with different people alive

A series of endings have different counselors infected by the end of the night, I believe it's possible to have every counselor infected AND live or die, and possible to live to the end as the last remaining counselor for all of them individually. So that right there would be a lot of different endings. Also possible to kill Jacob in like 5 different ways which the end recap would read differently for those. Laura can die a bunch of different ways, including a missed skill check to herself, so her recap(s) would be different, etc. Lastly, off the top of my head, you can choose to kill different degrees of the Hackett family, so their recaps would be different as well, and each time you change one death with all other factors the same, or way they died, that's a different ending.

I don't understand that one. I couldn't tell from this clip, how they made Eliza happy and lifted the curse, and kept Hackett's+Silas alive. I thought Eliza wanted all Hacketts dead, and I thought killing Silas was the the only way to lift the curse. 7 made no sense to me, lol.
-edit- finally found it on Eliza's wiki - she is only happy if you kill all Hacketts, and never encounter Silas. She lifts 'your' curse (the player) not the wolf curse, ahhh...but in ending 7, it shows Hacketts alive - I don't think these ending are cut correctly. Looks like a mess of editing.
So the ending I got was that the only ppl that survived were Emma, Nick, Caleb, and Silas (since all 4 were infected) you have no idea how upset I am about my ending

What’s interesting is that this game gives you multiple endings, and i’m pretty sure there’s more apart from these 9, just from one simple choice.
I looked up how many endings and there’s about 186, supposedly.
I know that's what Supermassive said, but it is *highly* unlikely that's fully true. It really depends on what your definition of "ending" is. They probably got 186 from the different way the 15 Paths of the game can resolve. Considering each variation as a different ending. So essentially even just changing one Path (and by Path I mean the in game ones that are the movie box thing - like "Max and Laura" "Above the Law" etc) and keeping the other 14 the same they're considering as one ending.
By that they mean tiny variations from each ending

Because "save everyone but Ryan", "save everyone but Max", "save everyone but Kaitlyn", etc. are different endings. There are only like 5 or 6 actual meaningful endigs that actually have different meaning.
yeah I wonder what it says if you let Ryan get bitten by Laura and then shoot Laura in stead of Chris. Chris would still attack Ryan but since he is already infected he shouldn't be able to die just like with Kaitlyn and Caleb.

I had 8/9 characters alive in my first run!!! The only reason I lost one is because I didn’t react quickly as kaitlyn and got Dylan killed by the werewolf

@Nicholas if it's possible, the QTEs with guns in this game are unforgiving, at least in until dawn, for example, you had a crosshair. In this one, you just have the torch, which works until at some point

Ending I got I’m like okay with it I tried hard to get everyone to survive but only Laura , Ryan , Jacob and Emma survived , travis , his brother and Caleb also survived

Why weren't the two kids Kaylee and Caleb chained up as well? I thought that they only transformed on full moons. Meaning that the Hackett's would have had more than enough time to prepare them to be contained or utilized for their blood scent after they transformed.

Did everyone get the Heirophant card? And is it a part of the story? Or does the cutscene connected to it happen regardless? She wigged out in chapter 9 when I brought her the card and said “he isn’t supposed to be here” then it switched to the crystal ball without me picking a card and showed me the whole cutscene/backstory of her finding her burnt out circus. Is the cutscene standard? Or is the card just so obvious everyone gets it?
My ending was meh. Lost Abi so I didn’t get any of the content with her & Emma in chapters 8 & 9. And I lost Kaitlyn, which caused me to miss out on everything else with Dylan in the house. Emma & Jacob never met up at the end. Max & Laura never met up bc I thought making him swim would mess him up. Emma & Abi were never reconnected bc she was dead by chapter 6. Nick and Abi never reconciled bc he killed her. Ryan never connected with Kaitlyn or Dylan. I REALLY hated the fact that with as much effort that was put in, they didn’t have variations of cutscenes for all of the survivors at the end, yaknow, ending the story.
Yeah if Max swims then he dies. He gets to shore and has a run in with I believe it was Caleb or Nick who kill him. Max is safest on the island since he was the only werewolf on the island. They won't swim out to reach him cuz the fear of water thing, so he can just hunker down there till sunrise.
@@moonlitxangel5771 that’s how I played it … upsetting I didn’t get the cutscene with Laura & Max. What did I do wrong? Is it because I left Travis alive? I finished my playthrough with all of the Hacketts dead but him & Caleb. Midway through chapter 7 I made the decision to trust the Hacketts in general, Travis specifically, and just accept whatever May come, bc I was depressed I botched my playthrough with Abigail in the last chapter. Travis found the syringe on Laura after I got it out of his office, didn’t offer me a QTE to stop him, I chose to take his gun, but locked him up instead of killing him. I liked Travis. And with Caleb I killed Nick instead of him by mistake. All the clues were there I just didn’t understand the interrupt prompt or what I was supposed to stop Laura from shooting at before it was too late.
Are you aware of wether or not Nick can stay out in the wild for the night or is he captured by the Hacketts regardless? It happened for me offscreen sometime after chapter 6.
@@yvngtonyb if you kill Travis then Laura will return to the island and meet with max. You don’t even get the choice as max to swim across because Laura arrives at the dock at the same time as you

As for Laura/Max cutscene, it's really odd that the only way to get it was to completely ignore Silas (by having Travis and Ryan die), especially because there is no doubt in anybody's mind that the first thing Laura will do in the morning is go find Max on the island.

The more I think about it this game isn’t written out very well. The ending happen so fast with the little slideshow credits and no conclusions on the relationships they had us build like Emma and Jacob, Abi and Nick, Ryan and Dylan. I get things started being serious when they realize there’s werewolves after them but no “because Dylan and Ryan are working things out with Dylan showing Ryan science experiments and Ryan taking Dylan on ghost hunting adventures”

I literally had the worst luck with this game, not because of my choices but on my ps4 the game would lag, freeze,skip scenes and have black screen MULTIPLE TIMES so I have no idea what options I was able to choose. This game seriously pissed me off
Only causality I had in my play through was Abigail. Still defeated Chris and Silas though
