I am from rio de janeiro and I have acctually been there 7 times and if you wanna go there every game get use to it. in all of the games I have been yes they stand up every game the whole game and the bathroom line in halftime is huge. it is problably fake news that you can hear the roar in argentina though I live less then 10 km from the stadium and I can't hear the roar from the stadium. you don't see the baad things about maracanã until you sit in the north section...
