So the moral to this little life lesson? Don't be all Britney Spears when you're going up against Christina Aguilera. I miss her a lot. But if he is happy then I had better be as well. I did like the duet he sang with her via modern technology. You should see it. It will help.

The whole thing was a set up to create more views/TV ratings, at the expense of Luna. The reason Luna cried afterwards was because she overheard one of the audience saying something to the effect of Luna being famous only in Korea, meanwhile Charice was already famous globally. That is the entire reason Charice gave Luna words of encouragement not to let anyone bring her down and to never give up. You only read the subtitles when you don’t even understand what went on behind the scenes. I saw this show when it first aired, and all the Charice fans and the korean netizens were all talking about this on the internet. There were even Filipino fans who attended the show as part of the live audience that corroborated the story. This has nothing to do with Koreans underestimating Filipinos when in this situation, the opposite is true. Every Koreans knew Charice was the better singer, and this was precisely the reason they were upset at the producers for purposefully setting up Luna.
