1.Remove any jammed paper that is accessible from the output tray area.
2.Turn off the printer, and then disconnect the power cord.
3.Locate the output tray in the front of the printer.
4.Pull the paper gently out of theoutput tray to remove the paper jam.
5.Gently remove any jammed paper and bits of torn paper from the tray.

Here's how to reset the Epson L3110 printer manually.
1. Unplug the printer

2. Plug it back in and turn on the power of the printer
When it's been five minutes, you can plug in the cable and turn on the printer by pressing the power button.
3. Press and hold the resume button
Then press and hold the resume button for five seconds. Release after five seconds. Then press and hold the resume button again for three seconds, and release.
4. Wait for the printer reset process to finish
At this stage you only need to wait until the printer reset process is complete. If the process is successful, the indicator light will stop flashing. But to be sure, you can also try printing some documents.
