Thanks for the video, I really enjoeyed it. Cooper is such a nice guy. Seriously, this is my favorite race car at the moment. Still gutted that I didn't had the opportunity to see it in person here in Interlagos. It's one of the rarest cars also because of the side exhaust. All other RSR's in Europe are equipped with a new rear exhaust. Anyway, I love what Weathertech/Proton are doing and I hope they win more races.
He is such a down to earth guy. I really was not expecting him to be like “oh yeah dude, come by at X time and we can get some footage” yeah, it is by far my favorite car ever made. There really is nothing else like it.
@@Carsideration I'm sure you will enjoy the LMDhs soon. Question: do you think Road America should become a 6-hour race? If there are ways for that to happen, of course.
@@corsamode I think RA would be an awesome 6-hour race! They run for 2+ hours now. I'm guessing for that to happen they would have to take away some of the other racing that happens during the weekend.
I just saw one of these btw at the Porsche Experience Center in LA... As well as the "GT3R". Believe it or not they both look just about as good as one another. Obviously the RSR has a larger diffuser, while the GT3 R (not to be outdone) has a larger and more savage wing! Both stunning Porsche race cars.
This video deserves more views!!! great stuff
Aye! Thank you so much for watching. By all means…. Share away! 🤙😂😎
Keep going
Next step....how can I drive one haha jk
That is insane! Very cool video.
Thank you very much! A very cool experience for sure!
That steering wheel is bad ass
@@Bozo_Lord man. I just love this entire car. Every piece of it. Thanks for watching! 😎
its nuts they have the mini paddles to get your brake bias exactly pinpointed, makes sense though when you dont have any abs
Yeah, I was going to guess that was the clutch or something, like an F1 car. So, when he said brake bias I was surprsied.
Super awesome video! Really cool that Cooper would show you around the car.
I know! Was not expecting to go to Road America this week and film anything like that. Just kind of happened on chance. 😎
Cool of Cooper to give you his time
His car is awesome also
Good vid ,thanks
Thanks for watching!! 🤙 he was super cool!
Outside of the Porsche "GT1" in its final stages of development (all time favorite race machine) the RSR is my fav!!
I agree 100%. The sound the last two generations made. Oooohh man.

@@corsamode it’s a blast every year we go! My dad and I and some of our friends have made it a yearly tradition now.

@@original2758 I agree. They are absolutely amazing and the sound they make. Ahhh man. I just love them.
Cooper's a really good guy. Katie also seems lovely :)
They were so nice and welcoming! Just down to earth and polite. Nothing better than that.
