One thing I would change is the De-Esser. I would probably make it less sensitive by changing the threshold to -20dB, or maybe even -10dB. It sounds pretty good without it too so you could even shut it off unless you’re really sibilant.
Glad somebody's making a video with the raw audio all the reviews I've seen people have a little bit of background music so you can't exactly get real quality
I just purchased this mic and am glad to have found this configuration tutorial. Very helpful and useful information. My main difference though is that my mic is placed a further by 8"-10".
Helpful. My Yeti GX sounds OK now. In a newer version of Logi G Hub, the reduced de-esser settings you suggest (-20/-10) are now the default. To be fair even applying the G Hub built in profiles of 'Natural' and 'Broadcaster' made the mic sounds *a lot* better.

I am using custom presets submitted by other users on G Hub community based on what I will be doing on my microphone which is primarily game streaming. turned to be a great mic. it sounds amazing after tuning it a little bit. just got mine today and I can see great build quality. The body is metal btw, you mentioned it was all plastic before. it's not.

i actually like this mic, well put it this way i had a shure sm7b with rodecaster duo and so far after using this GX for streaming, tiktok and twitch i have not had anyone say "have you changed your mic" so i take that as a win haha i understand it may be sh*te for anything other but for its intended purpose (gaming) its overall solid
