that’s kinda stupid how you can’t film there but just go across the street and they can’t control anything unless you’re already off of school property, but you should be allowed to film anyways
One of my friends bought a 2004 Blue Bird Vision. That looks like the same body with the same scissor door. Nice catch! Sad these 3800s are a rare sighting now adays. It was unfortunate the person violated your first amendment right at the end. Keep up the good work!
@@itzryan_1 Wherever you lawfully are allowed to be, you're allowed to record. Especially on a public sidewalk and easement. Public schools are public property. Wherever posted or blocked is special visitors only.
Nice shot of a Blue Bird 3800! I know how it feels to get told off of recording buses though. Like, school buses are public property, so you can film them. I would just be more careful though, in case the situation escalates even further. Because believe it or not, people have reported me to the police over this hobby before, and even though the police left me alone after I told them I just like buses, it was still traumatizing for me. Don’t worry though. I know more people in the bus community who have dealt with this along with some kids who yell at us to stop recording when we’re not targetting them, so you’re not alone. This is why nowadays, I don’t like doing this in front of strangers or even randomly telling them about my hobbies.
Also, coincidence that you got in trouble for filming that bus on that day while it marks 2 years that day since somebody reported me to the police for taking photos of an activity bus that was parked at the YMCA I used to live close to? (Ik YMCA property is technically private property while being open to the public, but the activity bus wasn’t.)
they told me not to film there again 7 months ago but i went back for a quick video of this bus and i got in trouble 😵💫 its so stupid
Why would they tell you not to film?

I’m gonna send this to some auditors and she’s gonna learn about the first amendment. She’s used to bullying people probably and getting away with it.
