This is actually the way reversing is taught these days? Crazy...
I passed my test in '78 before these formulaic techniques were taught, and I suspect that people who learn in this way almost have to start from scratch when changing cars. In my view it does not teach proper spacial awarenes.
Aren’t you on the completely wrong lane? This can’t work on a regular parking lot with high foot traffic and cars also trying to find parking as well on both sides.

You dont go full lock with line 2 in your passenger window at 0:42. That's crazy.

It’s easier to just park to the opposite lane and then reverse.( less work).
