I'm making this Bulalo right now as I found a beef marrow from my local store. I'll let you know how it goes! The only ingredient I'm missing is the green onion. I do have the corn but they're the frozen corn from the grocery store. I'll try it anyway! Good luck to me!

It is EVERYTHING a tourist needs. The liquid for hydration in the Philippine heat and humidity. A well deserved break from rice. And if has cooked for 8 hours, I doubt you will get sick from the water they use. Thank you for very clear directions. My one question is: "What is the liquid seasoning called panis?" Can I find this in Canada?
Bernardo Badiola I have fish sauce here in my fridge in Canada. It is not imported from the Philippines, but I am sure it is not much different. It seems to be mostly anchovies and water. Lots of salt in it. I guess I will use this as a substitute for patis.
+bloodandwinearered Philippine patis s chemical, 5 gallons water added with 2 tablespoons fish sauce + salt. Real patis that we know is expensive extracted from pure bagoong

What I suggest guys bumili kyo ng pressure cooker which you can cook bulalo or some other beef menu with in 30-40 only instead of cooking it in more that 3 hours

Looks delish! Just one suggestion from a viewer's point of view. Please make sure your kitchen surroundings look neat and orderly. It makes for good viewing. I see a rag towel on left side of the counter top, soap(?) on the right side of it. Open tong on top of an uncovered pot. Also, you want to present yourself more professionally in your dress. No spaghetti strap top! Short sleeves ok. We wouldn't want to see any "chef"'s armpits! Minute details give powerful impression of you, the presenter. :-)

Victor, I cooked it Lisa way vs. pressure cooker and the flavor came out the same. Pressure cooker is shorter time more efficient.
