Unfortunately NO. Manufacturer decided to not produce this vehicle with self-programming capabilities. You must get an Automotive Locksmith to program the remote to your vehicle for you.
I am not sure about that , on my CX9 I do not have that feature, as far as I can tell the "GT" version of the CX9 with sunroof supports that option and programming might be different, your USER Manual for the Mazda will tell you if you have that option on your SUV.

will this allow you to lower both windows at the same time from your fob, is there different programming steps for that?

At 2:12 did you mean to say ‘car doors are closed’? I thought the driver’s door was closed at this point, but you said ‘car doors are open’.
The actual car door was closed, I was refering to the looking mechanism that it was in the open position.
But was the second key able to start the car ?
You need to have it cut to fit.
