As for Air China ... the flight was busy and I thought the seating in business and first class was the old standard as today many airlines provide more spacious seating (in their premium cabins). One advantage of taking a mainland China airline is that the flight time Beijing-London is several hours faster as flights route over Russia. Western carriers are banned from Russian airspace so they must take longer routings to Asia.
Hello Alex! Thank you so much for watching and for your comment. It does look old standard. We chose the air china as it’s the cheapest flight we can get. It is actually really tight seating and not much leg room. Specially my husband is 6 ft tall. He was ok on the way back. As he was seating next to our 7 year old. It gave him a tiny little bit of space. We only had to wait 3 hours at Beijing for our connecting flight so not too bad. Take care and God bless
