Alistair's BizHawk Ring Shuffler is a version of the BizHawk emulator which swaps the player between games based on pre-programmed events. For example, when Mario grabs a coin in Super Mario World, a line is cleared in Tetris, or Sonic gets a ring in Sonic the Hedgehog.

Is this for computer if so new computer is going to have this and the sonic version but if you are able to use multiple games legend of link's awakening, golden axe warrior, pokemon yellow, and a few sonic games thrown in as well as over head legend of zelda games...
Was thinking does GTa, GTa2, and GTa London work with this? Psuedo 3D top down view it should work with similar capabilities as Super Nintendo or Genesis capable emulation because if I remember correctly it was supposed to be a Super Nintendo game called Race&Chase
It would be funny if you could do this for Wolfenstein 3D, Rise of the Triad, Doom 1-2, Quake 1-2, Duke Nukem 3D, and Serous Sam.

Mario: The guy who can travel through alternate dimensions and save Peach in multiple simultaneous ways while racing, reclaiming a castle, be... Wario? Destroy barrels, and be a bootleg, and.... well a lot more.

This was way too chaotic. And I love how all the games are Mario and out of nowhere there is a sonic bootleg for NES, iterally Zelda 1 and Warioware.

Very chaotic. Interesting but would be much better than novelty if it randomly switched at level completion. Every Mario fan with low attention span would enjoy the variety.

@@Sarwex117no they meant put all the segments of a single game in the video (ie smb1) together removing the other games between and see how the cuts affect the gane
Honestly, with you mentioning scavenger hunt, I feel like a proper scavenger hunt with multiple rooms could be cool. Something similar to the Super Metroid/Alttp randomizer just shorter, more focused, and with all those games you played here! It would be amazing.

I'm usually not a fan of watching Let's Plays but this was super crazy and entertaining! I'm shocked that I actually watched the whole video! Especially once you made the goal of beating Donkey Kong, I had to see you make it through! Great video!

I can see how addictive it can be playing it like this, i wonder how long it would take to complete one/all of the Mario games like this. It would be crazy fun to have a race with Lair (on your own screen/split screens) doing this to see who completes a level first. Live stream would be awesome.

Hey, Blue, here's my pitch - having coins, bricks and powerups switching the game is a little too chaotic. What about this, instead:
The Game switches if you:
Clear a line/make a match in puzzle games
Win a race
Beat a level
Beat a microgame
Lose a race
Lose a life
Fail to complete a level
Lose a microgame
Enter a new screen (Zelda)
Basically, slow the game down so you can react and try and complete more games!
Oh, and if you get a game over, the game's removed from the rotation.
You'd think I was insane if I said I played 30 Mario games at once.

This is so awesome! I really loved Wario Ware in it. So funny how randomly a minigame was thrown in. And it probably mixed up the gameplay a bit.👍👍

Watch those emulators put in the work with savestates and deadpan accuracy! Really great to see how well it switches; no lag, not a lot of disorienting frames and really rock solid. And it goes all the way to N64 which is not a super easy console to emulate ^^. Great video :)

Fun series! A couple of ideas.. one would be if there is a enough selection of games after you get your series done; do this on a retro night. Another would be more compilation type videos like say a Megaman one. Keep up the good work!

EDIT: I think this hack would be a cool thing to do somehow with the Darby and Lair retro games series. I would personally love to see that, especially as the crazy switching would make it more interesting to see games I know nothing whatsoever about.

I notice few things between switched games:
- Only one game that is not Mario-related game (Legend of Zelda, WarioWare is not counting)
- Only one game that is bootleg game (Somari)
- Only one game in 3D perspective + only one N64 game (Super Mario 64)
- Only one game that is puzzle/tetris type game (Dr Mario)
- Only one GBA game (WarioWare Inc.)
- Only one game that is racing game (Super Mario Kart)
