Instead of using the wrench to tighten the radius, make a jig like a deep socket to cover the nut and tighten it with a socket wrench, it's easier on the person using it....

excellent build going make one using a welder as quicker, my final touch will be a small copper tube on the handle so spins round as you turn, maybe take it apart & give it a spray can finish 🤔👍

en realidad es bien , pero le falta, ya que teniendo los rodillos inferiores tan distanciados uno del otro, los extremos no completan el diametro, y eso puede originar desechos de materia que a la larga es un costo.
Es verdad lo que tu dices, sin embargo, es un relación de equilibrio entre la resistencia a la deformación del dispositivo y el espesor del material que vayas a curvar.
Es verdad que el desperdicio sería menor pero también sería mucho mayor el esfuerzo que le debes aplicar a la estructura del dispositivo para realizar la misma curva en igual cantidad de pasadas por los rodillos.
Francamente, creo además que aquí esta mostrando como hacerlo y no que te ciñas estrictamente a las dimensiones.
Just a quick mention, its really dangerous to use the side of a grinding wheel, so if you are not sure it is specifically designed for side use don't do it, it is ugly when those babies come apart.

This design works well if you're bending something soft and weak like flat steel... but if you're bending anything of any real strength (like square tubing), the bearing shafts must be supported at both ends.
