Kotoamatsukami (shisui) can literally control people without them realizing it. that on its own is fucking overpowered. tsukuyomi (itachi) being able to manipulate time on the user's mind and can create the most complicated genjutsu's in all of existence (he literally tortured kakashi for 3 whole days in his genjutsu's world but only a second had passed in the real world) and hes smart af plus he fucking killed the entire Uchiha clan.
