I like how Harris is a simple man, dude just wants his space, a few amenities, and a good price, I really liked that last house for him to buy, and if he ever does leave the city, it definitely looks like a house that will bring him a profit whenever he sells

Alvin Kamara is another guy who i think i heard hasnt even spent a dollar of his contract he lives off his bonus and endorsements. Kamara needs to be teaching a class for these guys because hes brilliant.

When I was in high school Plaxico Burress moved in a few houses over from my parent's home in Moon Township. He would always say "what's up" & would give kids in the neighborhood tickets to Steelers games.

I’m from Brentwood and it’s cool that such a good guy came from this area and made it big in the pros! I saw the Antioch, vs. Liberty game and you could tell he was at a whole different level. Him growing up on Sycamore, now he has the world in his hand but stayed humble is so awesome! Im a 49er fan for life but will always root for this young man!

He got a 6.8 mill bonus after taxes/agent fees its likely 3.4 mill his annual salary is 3.2 mill which again after taxes/fees is probably closer to 1.6 mill. He's a running back and that position has a notoriously short career span and I get the feeling he recognizes that. So yea going with the last house makes the most sense. 1 mill for where he's at doesn't seem bad. He also needs to think, he may never get a 2nd contract.

Well unfortunately investing is why alot of these athletes go broke. He should just save as much as he can for right now and focus on his primary income, which is football, until he learns more about money. I've seen many of athletes over invest early in their careers and it cost them

As a bengals fan I loved this dude in college I knew yall got your next great back when yall drafted him I just hope he gets the opportunity to show it to me hes the best RB drafted since Derrick Henry and Saquon easily a top 5 or 6 back when he gets a really solid run block but Pittsburgh always figures it out
If I were him, I'd go for a large single story home in a gated community, but close to work. No stairs, no elevators. Easier said than done in a beach town in Florida. No idea what it's like in a big city like Pittsburgh.
I like his attitude about the money. He knows he can get a fine place to live and not have to spend 5 million. He could, but he doesn't have to. Save your dollars for things you can enjoy.

Guy should probably put in a season (free of injury and controversy) before he spends spends his next 10 years of income. He worked harder than 99% of others for years to make it to the NFL and it can be taken away from him or anyone else in an instant. It's also ridiculous to think he'll spend his career exclusively in Pittsburgh and if he's traded to NY, Miami, LA, or Vegas, is he really gonna stay full-time in the 'burgh? Doubt it. So, I say rent and don't pay for anything but your monthly.

Chances of trade are very very very slim. Steelers don't trade players unless they force their way out (see Holmes, Bryant or Brown and only Holmes has a 1st rounder). All their 1st round picks in the XXI century (sans Holmes) have at least played out their rookie deals. So he's basically guaranteed to play for the Steelers for at least his rookie deal. Not saying if he should buy or rent, but he can safely consider that he will spend at least 4 years in Pittsburgh.
