Could you, please, share what was the temperature outside during your run? And what do you wear to feel comfy & not to feel cold?
I think of starting to run this spring, but I'm really afraid that I'll get a cold 😒
my rule of thumb is that when you are going for a run you need to "add" 10 degrees (celcius). so when i go for a run and it's 7 degrees outside, i dress for 17 degrees. you are more likely to dress too warm than too cold!
