Hello Iris, would it be possible for you to make a video for those who are new to running? I've never run before in my life, but your videos motivate me and I want to run. But I am afraid of injury especially. A video on suggestions for beginners (like warming up, running shoes, etc.) would be great!
I will be running Valencia too! It was quite expensive though since I had to buy the 500 Euro premium bib since all of the normal ones sold out. It should really be a marathon major tbh

hey iris, don't worry about the "protein 20 mins after a workout" advice. I knew a few people studying kinesiology in college and they said it's just an urban legend. as long as you get your protein you'll be okay :)
I study kinesiology, and 30 min window for protein intake after training was the first thing they said is an absolute must for recovery and preventing injuries. ❤

noo not really! fortunately nothing ever happened to me.. also i avoid running at night and stay close to the main roads.

yess, i am doing strength training once a week! definitely struggling with it too, its not my favorite part about training 😅
