25 years of doing Holley carburetors I've never seen one that was warped I've seen some that maybe had some casting Flash and should be taken off here and there but not warped usually when your work on a Holley carburetor too because some other fucking hack is already worked on it and fucked it up
I've taken the file and a flat sanding stone to several of my old Holley carbs and found them all pretty warped on the main body surfaces. These carbs of course were all 30-50 years old. I've gotten some pretty good Holley carbs for cheap that some hack has tuned way out of adjustment, usually those carbs are all sooty black in the venturi's and occasionally have the choke wired open or a sheet metal screw ran into the secondary throttle shaft linkage slot in attempt to make it a mechanical secondary carb. Also seen people use zip ties to hold the secondaries shut. If you browse on ebay for a Holley 1850 or 4160 you'll find all sorts of examples of that crap.

Where do you get carb plugs of different sizes and all the screws for holley and rochesters.
