Neato designs. But one suggestion: Headless guitars really ought to use a zero-fret at the nut, like the old Steinbergers from the '80s. Zero-frets are great to begin with, and make even more sense on a headless instrument.
Hi, I just got my new EG-1, I am confused with the tone knob. I don't know how to discard the paper card, I tried to cut it but obviously it is stuck between the knob and the guitar and thus I am unable to use the tone knob. Any solutions?
Hi Cloe, Thanks for the question! The tone knob is removable, although sometimes they can be a bit stubborn. You can use a small flathead screwdriver to get leverage under the knob to loosen it. You will then be able to remove the card and use the tone pot. Thanks!
Please help, I am in need of spare thumb screws for my pro-series but you guys do not ship to Canada and my local shops don't carry just the screws. Please work something out with me, my pro-series guitar is completely useless without them. I can't possibly be the only Canadian that has had this problem before! Also, I've made multiple attempts to contact you guys with no response, which is why I'm here on TH-cam asking for customer service... I really hope this gets resolved, I love my pro-series but right now it's unusable T.T
all these knows and push/pull buttons , they should really find another way to toggle stuff it brakes down so fast all this nonsense , couple months and things fall apart have had 200 / 600 euro guitars , both the same thing , just starts falling to pieces as soon as you get it home
