You are wrong when you say after programming you dont touch anything for 30 seconds to finish. If you do that your settings will be NOT save it. You need to push either the top or bottom for 5 seconds to save it.

The LED light remains green all the time on my installation. The switch works great, turns on and off as per settings. It's on a 3 way installation and i have to leave my other switch on if ever i turn it off my sensor switch stops working. Weird problem...thanks for the video helped a lot understanding the settings.
You have to re wire your switch to eliminate this problem. On the 3way switch connect the black traveler to the black power/line wire together. So there should be 2 wires on the common screw and the red wire on the other screw
I have a black wire(hot), a red and white wire coming out of the wall. The white and red wires connected to the light. I can't figure out how to install this product on this setup. Any guidance?

Great video. I will not recommend this switch. I read the instructions program the switch it won't turn off as programmed. Thought I was doing something wrong. Watched this video which is a great tutorial but yet the switch would not turn off on time set.
I’m an electrician and I’ve installed many of these and they’re all pieces of garbage, nothing beats the old style turn on turn off, no decrease in sensitivity no decrease in ambient light, etc… if you want a customer to call you back 50 times regarding their lights turning on, by the switch, you’ll make a new friend

Yes you have to press and hold top button for 5 second to save and exit. Do not just leave it alone it will do nothing

dos = Decora Occupancy Sensor / 02 means 2 Amps / -L = the green LED on the face / W = white

How do I turn timer off. So lights only turn on and off by me hitting switch.
I got mine all connected...it turns on then off in one second. when I press the button...the lights won't stay on. Suggestions??

Yes, you can remove the whole cover. You should be able to pry it off from the bottom of the switch cover.
I know this video is 2 years old but can you go and fix those face plate screws. It's screwing with my OCD.

If you remove the front color kit and plate to access a switch where you can pick between Occupancy or Vacancy. 2 differents settings

My light is off
No matter what I do mine just comes on and then immediately turns off.

Reset your switch removed from the power and press up botton and down botton at desametime for 5sec. Put it back the wire
