No. The outside of steak needs to be cooked. That is where the bacteria is for steak. So when you cook the outside, you kill the bacteria and anything else you wouldn’t want to ingest. You still want the middle to be warm/hot. But it doesn’t need to be cooked through.
I'd recommend you make your pan hotter when searing. The sear on your steak isn't great. Looks like the internal temperature is good though. Looks tasty nevertheless
@@ThriveWithEmilyyou can also preheat the pan in an oven and transfer it to stovetop. That’ll get a great sear. And make sure you got your exhaust on lol

One more thing, you definitely want to cook birds and pork fully. Steak is different.
