- I'M LEAVING😭I can't believe this adventure has come to an end already. In this video we enjoy our last couple days in the Caribbean, sail back to Miami, and I arrive home to my family. Make sure to watch until the end for the deleted scenes hehe

Great video! You have to practice holding your breath! Try swimming underwater in a pool, from end to end (laps) as long as you can. Then keep extending your time underwater. It will get easier! 🐬🐬🐬

LB, you are so cool! Did you know that you can live on land, while still "training," for your free dives! All you gotta do is quiet your mind, and open your heart! Then start a practice of intentional breathing! This pairs well with a meditation practice! But for sure, do some breathwork and soon you'll be down there so long that people will want to send a search party before you pop back up for a breath! Loved your Zatara adventures! Looking forward to whatever is in store!
I've been doing some breath hold training on land however, it's a totally different game for me under the water. Each time I practice I get better though!!
