MBMMLLC.com: Clean Gold!! small scale 1 tph hardrock gold mill: jaw crusher, ball mill, shaker table

We were invited down to one of our customers mills to see his operation in action. He has a great setup! A coarse ore bin and conveyor feeds a Mt. Baker Mining and Metals jaw crusher module and into a fine ore bin From there it feeds into a 4'x4' ball mill and through one of our screening trommels. The 20 mesh minus material is fed onto our 4'x8' shaker tables and the over sized (20 mesh plus) is collected to re-run through the ball mill.
The system works great and the table does a fantastic job of getting very clean gold from the ore. The high grade #1 hole off the shaker table needs very little clean up. This customer sells it right to the refiner with a 94% payout vs. the assayed value so there is very little contamination! Here is a report we heard from him the next day:
"Your the man Steve! Clean up today was a breeze. No pyrite in the high-grade bucket. Just a couple sweeps with a magnet and today's high-grade was clean. We are so glad you came down! We couldn't have done it without your help."

Small-scale? No, I would consider that medium-scale probably. How much do you yield? Like I mean what is your average?
