I know that many people hate Sam Wilson as Captain America, but honestly, I love it. Especially the suit. The way the colours were kinda reversed with Sam getting more white colour on chest and shoulders makes the suit look like a shiny version of Captain America’s original suit

Ultimate Cap's costume at 1:34 is the best thing to have ever happened to the character. It absolutely modernized his costume for the 21st Century and established the standard for pretty much every single Captain America costume in the MCU. The suggestion of stencil wings painted on the helmet is spot-on and was in the meantime taken by regular 616 comics on ocasion. It does provide a modern staple for Cap's suit motifs taken seriously.

In the comics while Walker was Captain America, Steve was using that black suit first and just went by The Captain. Then after Walker gave the mantle back to Steve, and the government arranged to "kill" John in public so he could work underground, he was given that same black suit and became US Agent.
I never liked the Nomad stuff, to me, Steve doesn’t represent America, but the original American ideals, truth, justice, liberty, hope, that’s how he should be at least

honestly i liked the ultimate suit just because it got rid of the goofy wings, but now that i see the ultimates for what they are (basically ASBAR and new 52 rolled into one) i actaully like the more recent MCU suits, the keep the wings, but make them decals, so they arent spewing out, still needs to get rid of the white sleeves and stripe stomach
