I prefer the muramasa. If you get it real early the attack animation is just a regular two handed slash. When you and your sword level soon you have multi blades of blood in the attack protecting the head to legs. Combined that with constant red aura of dark metamorphosis leeching blood from enemies (only some) healing you and making the blade stronger. It’s work to level but feels good when it hits.
It’s amazing how anger can create an amazing game. Konami pushed this very low budged side job to Iga and his team and out of spite they made a masterpiece to prove them wrong while the main game, Castlevania 64, was nowhere near as astonishing as sotn. 😊
Seems like the 2D Castlevania games usually end up more popular than the 3D ones. I'm hoping if they ever do make a 1999 game it stays 2D. Or at most 2.5D.
This games tricks are like well kept secrets ' iv looked up all kinds of ( HOW TO ) Videos for castlevania sotn and all I find is people showing off ' no one can help me learn anything .... I give up
