Watching him ferry that motorbike with that outrigger hull was brilliant. I lived in Bangkok 5 years & Laos 1 year. I'm always impressed how folks in SE Asia can do so much with so little. I say all the time - It seems like there's no Thai/Lao word for "impossible." When you have no choice but to just "get it done", then inovation comes to the fore. I have tremendous admiration for these people and their culture. PLUS, they are the friendliess people I've encountered across the globe Thailand, Laos and Viet Nam from Ho Chi Min City to Hanoi. 👍🥰
Big Loop Tour E 12 had great drone footage, and the black and white stills were really awesome! Keep playing the 60's and 70's music because it's perfect for the mood of the videos. It's "road trip" music and we all will be here for it in Big Loop Tour E13. Thanks again, Todd.
When you have some quiet time, maybe you could do a bit of a summary about travelling in Laos as a fly-in tourist. Suitable car rental, perils of driving (bar the obvious ones we all see in your vids) and possible complications with insurance, collisions and that sort of thing. For example, I have a GPS, but where do I go to for a decent 4WD at a fair price to go with it? I am fairly happy with doing that sort of thing in Thailand and Malaysia, but I think Laos is rather different (aside from driving on the wrong side of course).
I see the work you put into these videos and appreciate it. The improvement is very noticeable. The product is valued for its honesty. Its a unique channel with a creator who does not dwell on Click bate ideas. It's working
