    Great tips for beginners! I'm just starting and already have to laugh at the constant picking my hoop up off the floor. But I'm not giving up! 😄

    Hi I thought I would let you know how I am getting on, its been a week, the second day was the worse for being sore round my middle but after that it got better, I kept to 10 minutes a day and measured my waist and around my bellybutton and can't quite believe I lost half inch from my waist and 1 inch around the tummy and its only been a week, will carry on and add 5 minutes extra.

    Hi, I just brought one from argos, and did ten minutes on Saturday, but today Sunday I am really sore round my middle, I did do 10 minutes today but had to wrap a thick towel round to help with the pain, will this last long do you know.

      Hi! Well done on making a great start. 10 minutes is quite a lot for a beginner. Think of it like wearing in a new pair of shoes. Start with 2-3 mins at first to get your body adjusted to the hoop. In time, you will be able to build it up and hoop with absolutely no pain at all!

    hi I noticed when watching your work out that little balls of lights (orbs) are flying about. Can be seen clearly when passing the wall where you have hoops

    Hi. I was bought a weighted hoop but I am quite tall and it doesn’t come up to my belly button. All the hoops I look at online seem to be 1.00m. Can you buy larger ones? Or could I buy another one and click it together? Do they tend to fit into each other across brands?

    I'm really trying. And I've got 118cm at the bellybutton, all coming off the stomach. It always sounds like the hoop is HITTING my back as it comes around. For the times it goes well, the hoop goes lower on the right and it lasts another 30 seconds. My hoop looks identical to the one used this video. Can you tell me why it sounds like it's hitting my back and goes lower on the right? Everything goes well until I start hearing the noise, then it all goes to shit. I mean, I'm doing the sames moves as you and NOTHING IS WORKING. I've tried everything. Next step is actually paying a teacher.

    this is actually making me angry, i decided to pick up this hobby and give it a try 15 years later after failing to do it as a child. I'm 22 and i still to this day have no idea how to maniulate this NASA level aerospace technology. I'm gonna be up all night trying to figure out the missing piece to this puzzle.
