Gasoline vehicle is a better ride overall, wether it is a long or short ride.. Buy a diesel vehicle if your rout is often to a place that needs more torque, to upland or offroad destination.. If your always on the highway or paved road, buy a gasoline vehicle, it has a smoother ride..
BTW if the price difference is 500k for diesel vehicle, then you cant equalize that in 5 yrs not even 10 yrs maybe.. You also need to buy diesel fuel remember?

Bumili ako ng Honda crv 2.0 petrol.Mas mura ang petrol dito kaysa diesel at short journey lang ako dito sa abroad .Diesel engine ung DPF madaling maclog pag short journey.thanks po sir sa video.

sa europe most cars are diesel fed…kahit mga mercedz or bmw…almost all car brands offer diesel variants..kasi diesel is the best fuel for everyday uses..

Pro's and Con's of Gas and Diesel Engine... Gas engine pms uses spark plug no need for contact points and condenser plus ignition coil system... Diesel Engine uses Nozzle tips fuel injector cleaning if i can recall about this...
You forgot to mention the environmental impacts for the diesel vs gasoline engines.
Expensive po ang diesel sa Ibang lugar especially sa first world country dahil po sa pollution. They want their citizens to use gasoline engine rather than Diesel engine. It’s an environmental issue. Very informative po ung Vlog Nyo. Thank you very much po.

I'm half convinced on your explanation.You need to study more the P/V diagrams of diesel and gas engines. Diesel fuel injected into the combustion chamber will never lubricate the engine cylinder.
in a perfect scenario.may unburnt fuel talaga yan and oil in a very small quantity.
Nakakatulong tlaga sa lubrication ang diesel fuel d gaya ng gasoline dry ang top ng cylinders. Ang hindi nabanggit ni sir ay yon glow plug at hot air mixture na kylangan ng combustion ng diesel engine.
Boss mayroon akong Mitsubishi Montero sport 2002 gas siya almost 150,000 siya, buhay pa siya at nakuha ito used sa dealership.

I prefer gasoline engines because the engine is more quiet/refine, smoother, lesser smoke, more environment friendly, quicker acceleration and more HP (same displacement) than diesel engines.

Sir Levi may question lang po ako, bakit po ba halos lahat ng sedan ay gasoline di po sabi nyo mas matibay diesel engine? Isa kaya sa factor is dahil sa mabaho ang usok ng diesel lalo na pag medyo may edad na at di maganda maintenance ? Salamat, maganda sir mga content nyo at lagi ko pong pinapanood ang mga ito.

for first time car buyers, would you recommend po buying gasoline engine vehicles? Especially yung mga chinese brand vehicles po like Geely or Chery. nasa 1M price range lang pero yung features nasa pang higher cost na sa ibang brands
Depende po sa need nyo. If low mileage lang kayo at short distances lang, ok ang gasoline engine. I dont know yet how’s the service and availability of parts of Geely and Cherry kasi yan dapat ang ma assure mo kasi they are new in the market. In terms of performance,I think they are doing well. Just to be sure, stick ka muna sa mga Japanese cars because they are already proven and reliable.

I just use fusso coat wax every 4 months and the in between, I apply turtle wax every month
Not sure if this was covered on the video but why do gas engines generally run smoother, while diesel engines produce more vibration, hence less comfortable to the passengers?
Diesel engine runs at higher pressure that is why it has more vibration than gasoline engine

It doesn’t have an ATF maintenance interval stated in the owner’s manual. Sabi sa casa nuon nagtanong po ako, lifetime po dahil ATF requires changing kapag may critical component or kapag whole transmission need to be replaced.
Sa mga maayos na talyer po na lang po ako nag pa pa PM. So sabi nila, kelangan daw magpalit.
Tapos sa kuwentuhan, yung mga medyo maalam sa kotse kuno, eh kelangan daw mag palit. Na confuse na tuloy ako.
170,000 kms na po kasi tinatakbo from April 2017 till present.

Diesel Calibration will be the most costly on all diesel engine... nozzle tips fuel injected carburetor system... if i recall twenty years ago or less ... Mitsubushi L-300 Versa Van Diesel Calibration around fiftheen thousand pesos labor plus materials... this was 2005... nozzle tips heater plugs and labor...

Most car manufacturers even ones like Mitsubishi, have target dates to phase out their diesel offerings in the next decade. I have owned both engine types long term. Diesel sakit sa ulo imaintain pag may edad na 10 yrs pataas. More carbon deposits, need for calibration etc (diesel fuel quality is also not the best sa Pinas). Though mas madaming practical advantages on daily uses sya vs gas engine.

Actually sir mas maganda ang diesel performance gasoline car which kaya niya ma-handle a lot more heating problems which people complain a lot these days. Thanks to mazda they solved the problem. 😌

Diesel all.the way more durable than petrol. Pero kung walang problema sa pera petrol ang maganda v8 or v10 engine sports car and suv or sport truck.
Diesel in North America is a lot different compared to the diesel in Asia it's 97% less sulfur so it's a lot cleaner...
Sulfur content is much lower in other countries thats why the diesel fuel is more little bit expensive...
May turbo man o wala ang isang sasakyan hindi na tataas ang displacement niya constant na yan,
Displacement ~ ay kung gaano kalaki ang makina, o kaliit.
Kung may turbo siya ~ tatas lang ang torque at horse power niya.
Pwede rin po sa baha ang diesel. I mean di sya basta mag shutdown pag nasubmerge ng medyo alanganin. Naging mas vulnerable lang sa crdi ngayon pero mas makakatakbo parin kaysa gas.
Mas matagtag ang diesel sa baha kasi wala syang spark plugs na sensitive sa moisture. Sensitive kasi ang electricals ng gasoline than diesel kasi importance sa kanya yung kuryente para sa spark ignition system. Pero of course kailangan din ingatan yung alternator na huwag mapasok ng tubig kaya mas maganda rin Kung mas mataas nakakabit ang alternator
