I think with that gun you would have to have some custom work done as there is nothing off the shelf that would fit. As you fill it from under the action but the bulk of air storage is in the 400-500cc buddy bottle. A gun smith would maybe do this by: Fitting a quick filler to the very front face (Bottom if stood up like a bottle) of the buddy bottle. Then the reg would be made to screw in between the bottle neck & action as with a Theoben Regulator.
Tolerances on Regulators are quite loose. The Piston is 14.80mm ± .5 Bore 15.00 ± .5 using 700+ - 1000+ for a few seconds is going to change this by a max of .03 Servicing is rarely required (Some folks have had theirs in 10 years) and wet & dry is just to remove any blemishes. In operation the piston moves only by a Max of .80mm and it mainly on low power PCP flexis on the 0-rings.
Bloody Hell - Are you thick!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There are three parts a couple of seals, it isn't hard to figure out. There is a full book on paper work in the web site: drive.google.com/file/d/0BxDsz9IVH1pweV9Qel9rWThnWkk/view Christ mate, get ride of your gun your not safe with it.
CANNOT UNDERSTAND WHY THERE IS A NEED TO USE EMERY PAPER ON THE INSIDE OF THE PISTON BODY ,WHEN THIS HAS BEEN ORIGINALLY PRECISION TOOLED FOR FIT OF THE VALVE BODY , SURELY THIS WILL CONVOLUTE THE ORIGINAL MACHINING TOLERANCES ,THUS RENDERING IT USLESS
IT LOOKS OK TO POLISH COMPONENTS ,, BUT SURELY NOT TO REMOVE MATERIAL WHICH IS BEING DONE WHEN YOU USE EMERY PAPER ,YOU ARE CHANGING THE ORIGINAL DIMENSIONS FOR A PERFECT FIT OF ALL THE ORIGINAL COMPONENTS ,LIKE I SAID IN MY ORIGINAL POST
