This is like going to the Humane Society. I want to take them all home
Sameeee
That red roadster at 0:08 is a MGA Mk II from about 1961. This was the model right before the MGB was introduced the next year. To put it the top up you first have to assemble the frame from various pieces and then attach the vinyl top to the frame. Can take 10 minutes or more and it’s hard to get in and out of the car when the top is up. That’s probably why it was shipped with just the tonneau cover on.
6:12 “pause” 😭💀
im soo amazed that the port allows you to walk around freely, touch other peoples cars, open up there doors, all while taking video of it! thanks for the video
Amazing!
The port doesn't allow you to video.
I would totally buy that Fiat Panda. Looks super clean
I really want one
I've imported 2 of them myself. Super fun cars. Unfortunately sold both. But have another on the way. There are probably only about 15 in the usa at all. Let alone a 4x4 sisley like this video. 1 of 2 in America probably. @@Waybeforethefame
The Paint and Rims on that green Acty Truck 👌
10 out of 10
Hey it’s time to do a tutorial series on how to import a car from start to finish.
2024 addition. I’m thinking of getting my first imported JDM….
I can break it down step by step on Patreon
City Hunter Fiat Panda 😂 wow
great video thanks
You bet
I had one of the Fiat Panda 4x4, mine was a 1986, it had the craziest way to engage 4 wheel drive, if you get chance have a look in the centre console theres a leaver that if i remember correctly you lift it up and that engaged the rear prop shaft, super basic. the one in you video was a final edition to of the range with lots of included extras and production ended in 1992 i think. the 4x4 made a comback in 2006ish as a gen 2.
Thanks for the pickup David and Nick! Carry is headed to VT tomorrow.
you already know!
At 15:00 the fat rear tires on that Toyota TownAce are smaller than the front tires. The front ones are 14 inch. The fat, small diameter rear tires was done to keep a flat load bed floor AND still be strong enough to have a 750kg (over 1600 lbs) carrying capacity. Some of the earlier TownAce and LiteAce models have dual rear tires in the same small diameter for the same reasons.
Oh wow I had no idea!
That acty looked great!
Sooooo goood with the short bed
Anotha port day let’s go
Yesssssirrrrr
I'm thinking about buying a KEI car myself but my one problem is I like to modify everything.
I can see photos of loads of modified KEI van's in Japan but if you buy a stock one where do you find the aftermarket parts like lowering suspension and bodykits?
There's a perfectly clean Honda Vamos near me for sale but I can find nothing available online.
Newer kei cars like the vamos have no aftermarket support. its freshly import legal
that panda is sweet i saw a video they were racing across mongolia in one. it was thousands of miles. i think it was four guys in a panda. i checked to see what they sold for after watching the video fell down the fiat rabbit hole. now i want a 126 or a 63 fiat 600 they have one at duncan you guys barely looked at it. it was yellow
Them drop-sides, oh my goodness.
Soooooo good
06:57 Pandino 4x4 FTW
Early, short wheelbase Land Rovers certainly command a premium price. That grey one is without a suffix letter on the plate (from UK), so it's pre 1963. The old girl doesn't look too bad at 60+ years old.
before rover went bust and china got hands on it, the MG ZT salon or wagon you could get with a v8 from a mustang but also it came in the less sporty look in the rover 75 but still could get the v8 but they supper rare. they spent so much money to fit the big v8 and mg sold around 750 something of them and rover 75 v8 a lot less heard less than you count on two hands. back in the day uk had way over 100 car brands through its time and many really good looking cars too
We never got the Subaru Samba in Australia but we did get the Daihatsu Kie van came in a four seater but l not sure we don't get Daihatsus in Australia only as JDMs
Hey, I think that's my Sambar next to the Carry you picked up at 16:18.
Oh shoot nice!!! Which I knew I would've showed it more
A bright red Alfa Romeo and zero f's given
idk how I missed it!!!!!!
LHD MG is 60/61ish but has UK plates on it. Presumably it's been sold originally abroad then imported back home . The Honda civic estate it's British MOT which is to say it's safe to drive ran out on the 29-9-23 .So I'm guessing it's been hanging round 1 of our English Ports waiting for a ship most of that time. It was registered for UK roads on 18th March 1998. As it happens around 20 years ago my 4-5 years old daughter let the handbrake release of a C-CLASS Mercedes I had and it hit a Civic Estate also an R rag 98. The Panda Sisley 4x4 probably came from here, I'm surprised it's been sold they have a huge massive etc Cult following here their used from the Highlands of Scotland to the Vineyards of Provence , Ski resorts of France + Italy anywhere mouintaness in Europe they are adored and go on forever, whoever bought that will have paid alot for it.
How much are those pandas in your neck of the woods
@4:25 what kind of Mitsui slander were yall talking about? 😂
this

@@Waybeforethefame That is wild. Mitsui is a hit or miss. If the entire underside is black and shiny with paint, then we have to assume it’s completely rusted. If it’s got a shiny paint job, be prepared for shotty work. They sell good cars but they also sell hoopties and should be called out for this sort of stuff for sure. I got lucky with my Mitsui purchase.
About the JDM Hawaii fiasco with Mitsui, he did not look at the video close enough. I saw the red flags right away. Someone hyped about the car can cause them to overlook flaws. Sure it’s not cool for flaws to be masked that way, but there are still ways not to get caught to buy a turd.
Nobody could've predicted how bad that car is
COMPRA EL FIAT PANDA ¡¡PARECE QUE ESTA EN PERFECTO ESTADO¡¡
I really want one, is it turbo?

Thank you though for the save, almost bought something from them a couple weeks ago but decided against it, glad I know that they’re not trustworthy
What’s the UK registered Civic Aerodeck doing there? Looks so out of place 😂
I said the same thing
@@Waybeforethefame I’m in the UK and there are still quite a few of those Civics left. Is there a demand for them (or any right hand drive UK car?) in the US? It costs around £1100/$1500 to ship them into NYC.
yeah those land rovers go for stupid money
I figured , I wonder who’s getting them
There is a company out here in utah that fixes them up and sells them for some crazy money. I've been seeing some 6 figures.@Waybeforethefame
EL TOYOTA TIENE PLACA ESPAÑOLA¡¡
They cut the rust out of the bottom of the bedsides ......
You think????
That blue fiat panda is the same mechanically as a yugo. And yugos are known as thee worst car ever made.
really???? I already here bad things about the yugo never the panda
@@Waybeforethefame yes yugo's had fiat engines in them. They never updated the engine to meet emission standards and the EPA kicked 'em outta the 🇺🇸. Then the war in Yugoslavia started and they bombed the factory....no more yugo's.
