Thanks for this webinar! How does this work if you use the Zoho Finance integration in CRM, rather than the CRM versions of Quotes, Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, and Invoices? Since the Zoho FInance module uses separate versions of Quotes, SOs, POs, and Invoices, I've found that this integration does not set those up. We use Zoho Inventory along with CRM so that's why the Zoho Finance Suite is integrated into CRM. We're hoping to collect in person signatures on Invoices using Zoho Sign which is not currently offered through the Zoho Inventory / Sign integration (only user signature can be done).
