you guys are doing great. there is massive potential with this product. the demand for quality agency management systems is increasing every year.
Hi guys. Using the Policies module as a record to share clients information to carriers (via email) is a cool idea you have. But I have a question. How can we associate the carriers' emails when they sent back their quotes via emails inside the Policy record? Is there a way we can do that in the workflow?
You have mentioned in the video (10:21 to 10:50) that the carriers response emails will be stack up to the email section. But when we tried it on our end it didn't work. Only the sent ones are included.

Hi there yes the Create Submissions extension can be found in the Zoho marketplace for you to download and install in your CRM
