প্রাইমারি মার্কেটকে অকার্যকর রেখে শুধু সেকেন্ডারি মার্কেটের উত্থান পতন নিয়ে শেয়ার বাজার কেন্দ্রিক যত চিন্তা বাংলাদেশে। বাজার নিয়ন্ত্রণ বা প্রভাবিত করা নিয়ন্ত্রক সংস্থার কাজ নয়। বরং সঠিক রেগুলেশন ও সব স্তরে সুশাসন নিশ্চিত করা উচিত তাদের। আইনের শাসন প্রতিষ্ঠা, নিয়ন্ত্রক সংস্থাগুলোর কাঠামোগত সংস্কার ও সেখানে যোগ্য পেশাদারদের নিয়োগ করে তাদের স্বাধীনভাবে কাজ করতে দিতে হবে। বিনিয়োগ পেশাদারদের বিশ্লেষণ, পূর্বাভাস ও পরামর্শ সেবার উপর বিদ্যমান নিষেধাজ্ঞা তুলে সেগুলো উন্মুক্ত করে দিতে হবে। উন্মুক্ত সমালোচনার পথ পথ রুদ্ধ করা চলবেনা। মিউচুয়াল ফান্ড ইন্ডাস্ট্রিকে শক্তিশালী করে গড়ে তুলতে হবে।
