Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov chairs the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) meeting on multilateralism. The meeting will take place within the framework of Moscow's UNSC Presidency this month. Lavrov is scheduled to chair a meeting on 'Multilateral cooperation in the interest of a more just, democratic, and sustainable world order' later in the day. During a press conference, Lavrov said that, "We will also raise the issue of the West trying to manipulate everything and everyone".

Imagine if we in the western world had diplomats like Lavrov, then the Ukraine conflict would not have arisen, nor would the coup d'état in Ukraine in 2014 that the USA/NATO countries financed.
His presentation was the only one that was making sense for future generations in a multipolar world. Empires only have a limited time to rule history, which has proved that over and over, we either except it to happen peacefully and economically, because it's a better than having a world war to decide who will be the next Empire. With a multipolar world, there's no hegemony behaviour but countries working together for the benefit of Humanity. Peace to the world 🌎 ✨️ 🙏

I love the way all the conflicts cited by the Swiss are the direct result of US meddling. He's actually making the opposite case of the one he intends - essentially reinforcing Lavrov's points for anyone who knows and understands the history.
As for "science" governing human affairs, if that were the case all political entities would be socialist and internationally cooperative - a situation which is antithetical to the western adversarial systems of governance.
It also ignores completely the influence of unrestrained capitalism, which is neither a viable political system nor a sustainable economic system, but merely an accounting system at its core - an accounting system which tends to monopoly or oligopoly ownership devoid of social responsibility - which Switzerland is all too aware of given its almost complete dependence on its role in international banking, tax avoidance, money laundering and as a safe storage repository for ill-gotten gains to sustain its exceptional standard of living. It is the last nation entitled to point fingers given its role in financing both sides in major wars and the destruction of the Bretton Woods system of currency controls.
It is not "neutral" by any stretch of the imagination, but a facilitator of conflict and global criminality.

Anyone can read the 113 UN articles and then form their own opinion on the processes Russia applied in Syria and in the former Ukraine. Also consider the ICJ ruling on territorial integrity v self determination of people responding to a US request which gives priority to self determination which is all you need to know with regards to Donbass and the New Territories. All very straight forward. Also V Putin is a lawyer by profession which very often frustrates pragmatic Russians. Putin takes great care of UN law. The only intl. law that exists.
