Korbs is correct about futures and maturity as apposed to Forex. However there are for sure professional forex traders making a lot of money consistently
I have traded forex for 12 years and futures for about 2. But I can tell you I am heading more and more to futures and there will likely come a time I go to futures exclusively. Though I don’t use Korbs method. At the end of the day, trade whatever you want.
Korbs is a great guy, I really enjoyed his Daily Profile show back in the day, even if I dont trade his method, there was lot of valuable foundational info he talked about

Volume profile has been around for ages...I don't know why this person is making such a huge deal.
Do that part 2 deep dive more into the differences and similarities in forex and futures as I am a forex trader trying to convert
it's all about experience and knowledge. At the end of the day skills is the most important thing you need. I love futures but forex is amazing bro. You also can trade currencies futures.
How is spread in corrency futures in 1 to 15 min candle compare to forex ??
Hey Austin, please show Aaron the video that Lance Breitstein put out saying he isn't sold on the idea that people can be profitable trading futures. I think it would be interesting to hear his take on that on the next show.

Forex and Futures are completely different markets, why do people bother comparing them? Forex is for spot currency markets, Currency Futures are available but have almost no trading volume. The ES and NQ are popular Futures markets but have absolutely nothing to do with currencies.
They have no clue what the fk they talking about. From a professional stand point of view these chucks have no clue what the financial services are.
@@adrian3373 Came here for this. I actually work at a major hedge fund on a macro desk specializing in fixed income and forex. There's plenty of alpha to be made with forex, these guys are just too stupid to realize and only see a small picture of what is a very large field. They know nothing about actual financial services and how institutional hedge funds and investment banks work.

Another thing that makes Forex better than futures is you can risk a percentage of your account. So you can risk one percent you can’t do that with futures
Forex market is not an option. Tell that to a forex trader making $100K per week. Still, a good discussion.
Forex Industry is lucrative if your in the business behind the scenes as a broker offshore in bahamas unregulated offer 1:1000 leverage to all the retail losers who will 100% lose their investments within the first month or 2.
Same as futures, only with forex 1:1000 you can start trading from 10cent a pip. Now that's how you leverage, leverage 😉. Also no platform fees, and get paid swaps for holding overnight. From a professional point of view these guys have no clue what forex is or the financial markets. By the way Futures is so limited I can't find any pairs/assets I'm trading on forex and if you find some of them have no movement due to the lack of volume. Futures is still a baby in comparison with forex. Look at the daily traded volume in Forex vs Futures lol. Baby 🐥 🍼 futures
I disagree. I only trade Forex and It works well for me. I understand I am a passive technical trader. I rely on other people to push my position to my target profit.

Forex is unregulated it seems. The overall community of TH-camrs trading forex also seems kinda sketchy like crypto. Broker names don't inspire confidence either. Oanda? What kind of name is that😂. Futures market seems well established and regarded
"More grownup"? wtf? Forex has a greater market cap than any futures market so what a ridiculous statement. I don't trade forex, I trade nasdaq and s&p mini futures. Another outrageous statement, "I thought it would be the death of forex". Buddy, seriously.
In my country, forex trading is not regulated, with CFD brokers without properly regulated, most of so called forex traders are here for ib program to make money. It's just a scam. Futures is only hope.
my biggest regret in life is not starting in futures market sooner …forex market is completely rigged & manipulated against us retailers

I disagree that Forex is for children 😂. If you really know how to trade, you can take $20 in Forex to $100 and then $100 to 1000 and then 1000 to 10,000. You can’t do that in futures you need at least $500-$1000 to start out with. At the end of the day if you can trade, you can trade anything in my opinion.
If you read Mark Douglas trading in the zone and just look at his videos you will learn that it’s not the market that makes a consistent successful traitor, or an inconsistent traitor. The problem is the traitors mindset doesn’t matter if you’re trading Forex, futures or options.

I use volume in forex! What a load of bull! Navin from urban forex trades forex and he heavily teaches about volume! He literally owns black tower investments worth 5billion usd!
Forex is a rip off
There is no valid volume in spot forex. The only way to get true volume is to trade forex futures or be a big hedge fund that has access to market level data. Retail traders do not have that access.
@flashone2834 The volume that you're looking at in Forex is from your broker traffic, not the market (exchange) itself.
