    I’ve had an autogulous stem cell procedure for knee arthritis which was very successful at age 54 in 2014. It was from my bone marrow, adipose, and blood. MSC’s for joints !!! Dr Nathan Wei , a Rheumatologist from Frederick , Maryland . My hero, but he passed away a few yrs ago.
    But now I’m 61 yrs old and my other knee is more arthritic, so I’m considering allogenic MSC’s from umbilical cord.
    Do you use ultrasound and fluoroscopy guided injections for joints. Do you induce injury to the areas of concern ?
    Your very impressive explaining all of this ! I’m concerned with safety & efficacy of allogenic stem cells.

    I emailed them on Monday morning but they haven't responded. I asked them if they have before and after spirometry studies of treatment for COPD. Josh mentioned improving ox sat as a result of treatment, but my O2 is fine. It's the FEV1 that's the problem, and also the criterion for pulmonary function. Hope they have this important data on the COPD patients they've treated.

    • @painfixprotocol
      @painfixprotocol  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Did you ever get the FEV1 information from Dream Body?

    • @alcantwell
      @alcantwell 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@painfixprotocol no, I didn't. Josh offered three complimentary treatments, but they were in the midst of their move so the timing wasn't great, and I forgot about it, honestly. Josh & Co are extremely busy and it's hard to have a conversation if isn't to schedule an appointment.
      Unfortunately, as it stands now, going for stem cell therapy when you have COPD is not unlike going to Lourdes -- you're hoping/praying for a miracle. The clinic ought to undertake a randomized longitudinal study. If they can document improved FEV as a result of x number of stem cell treatments, not only would it be a feather in their cap, but more importantly it would motivate those of us with COPD to do it and possibly silence the naysayers (although there will always be the deniers). They should also include the other standardized measurement assessments such as the SGHQ, CAT, 6MW, et cetera.
      I appreciate that the clinic as currently constituted is intended as a money-making operation, but certainly a portion of the profits can be set aside for studies, such that it's not ONLY a business but a research center as well. I think that would be a noble direction in which to take Dreambody in the hopefully not too distant future.
