I so love this, I have made lots of crochet ones but never a material one. Glad I found you, now I can have a go at a material one. My brain is now in overdrive on what to use for the best sensory effects. Thank you for sharing ☺️ ❤️
I love this so much!💕 Your Fidget Muff turned out so awesome! I particularly loved the TARDIS fabric.😄 I have to add this to my Must Make list. I often find that fidget toys are to hard and/or have to many bright colours for me when I'm feeling sensitive. A cosy fidget muff in more muted colours would be perfect! I have to take a look in my stash for fun fabrics. And possibly some interesting stuffing material such as memoryfoam and weighted stuffing beads.
Thank you so much! Considering I had zero end goal in mind when I started, I love how it turned out! That's the brilliant part about them is that you can use whatever you have, - a weighted muff actually sounds really cool and comforting!
@@HalflingSeamstress Yeah and since it is stuff you have from other projects all the material already fits your colour prefrences and such. It really is an awesome project! I think a weighted muff could be like a sort of weighted lap pad but with the added bonus of hand warming and stimming. (My hands get really cold when I´m anxious.😅)
This is a wonderful idea. I didn't know about fidget muffs , and I sure could have used one most of my life! My older sister actually brought me a little fidget wire contraption from one of her trips when I was a teenager. I guess I bugged people by fiddling with things that were annoying. Sigh. Now I have a new project. 🥰
