They are Tamashii Robot Spirits Evangelion. There is only older releases and Tamashii Nations Store exclusive which is in New York and has less accessories
yes, they are all the Tamashii Robot Spirits line. Unit 02 was on Amazon going for around 90 from the official Tamashii Amazon outlet, I bought 01 off of an Ebay seller, got 03 also from an Ebay seller, and 00 from another Amazon seller. I recommend just paying the extra cash for a brand new Unit 03 though. Mine is a pre-owned one and was missing his left fist, and I feel that most of his joints are a bit too loose. He's pretty floppy if I hold him from his shoulders.
