- Because this component is of poor Quality to the Parts it does not have a correct functionality. This is a cheap Clone of a well-known Tuning Programmer. In many Clones many components are replaced with others that do not perform the same functions.
This Programmer is not stable and like any Clone when you use it you have to take the Risks.
Used only for DIY purpose !!!

My clone has all the good components you showed from nxp, ti, st but it has ceramic capacitors instead of electrolytic ones. Should I change them to regular ones? Also it's got 2 ZVP210 instead of 1 pnp and 1 npn.
If it's work leave it. Make a test and see before you change something.

If you did full Rework I am convinced that it should work (your problem is not from a chip if you replaced it with original parts).
There are several reasons why it does not work:
1. USB driver for Galletto.
2. Do not connect supply voltage 12V on Galletto unit. You must have 12V only to the Cable whit switch. The Galletto unit must have only usb Cable from Computer. (Galletto unit must not have 12V)
3.Your PCB is as defective as many others, these imitations of Programmers often do not work no matter what you do, they are lucky when you buy them.
4.The ECU you are trying to read is burned
Also at 9:30 and 10:12 you have the same components circled next to black bdm connector? one image is 3x 3F and then say WV4?

Almost all components must be changed.. but when there already nxp ot philips components on the board you can let them in place, or are these also cheap / false copy,s of the original?

@@YOYODiagnostic The thing is .. on many boards are tutorials about the working of this galletto.. sometimes you are lucky .. works out of the box, also depends of which ecu reading writing.
But sometimes components changing which for example, nothing have to do with k line is pointless.. the same like a good working relay..
I have a VD 300 here, and for mini cooper dme ems 2 it works..for peugeot me 7.4.4 it doesn,t seeding key error.
First i go to do is re-flash the thing , 0475 instead of 0386.. but anyway changing components for good brand is never a bad idea, but it must make sense..same for example unbranded transponders, or original nxp.. that difference you find out directly..

I have problems with Fg tech on bdm mode, I try with bdm 100 and same problem.
I don't know where is the problem..
If the problem are both interfaces or PC software.
in BDM mode you have to power the ECU separately from the Galletto.
Do not connect 12V in the Galletto but only in the ECU.
