Love the new tooth bar they came up with, looks cool. I like the fact that the "teeth" look replaceable. Looking forward to seeing it in action. Thanks for the video!
The threads of those bolts point toward the *_inside?!?_* The inside (of the loader bucket) is where all the materials/dirt/stuff goes - so that runs the risk of wearing out or damaging those threads at some point. Then you'd never get the nuts back off of those bolts. At the very least I would want to put some of those rubber bolt thread protectors on those threads. Thanks for all the detailed info.
wouldn't it be better to put bolts in the other way, this way the threads will get mangled. the other way you will be able to use the same bolts over and over. just a thought. nice toy though !
Aren’t the “Digs it” and “Hauls it” cut outs a little childish, as well as a compromise in the strength of the metal? I would prefer a sticker logo like they used in previous versions, or maybe a stencil. Seems like that would be cheaper as well. I had a Johnny Bucket Sr. many years ago on a JD 445. It was so useful.
Can't say I agree with you on this. They upgraded to a CNC machine and cutting these in cost's no extra. There is also no way that these mods have taken anything away from the capacity of these.
@@FarpointFarms capacity wouldn’t be my concern, just rigidity. Used compact tractor loaders often have a downward dent in the upper part of the bucket. It would seem that those cutouts would somewhat compromise that area of the bucket. So not a dealbreaker, just an observation.

No problem! This thing is stout!
Johnny Products also sells a good rear mounted Ballast Weight Box/Platform to assist with using the "Loader" especially when it comes to Traction!
Good to know!

They may wear eventually, but I will say, 1.5 years of hard use later, they are holding up fine.

You have a great point there. I'll swap it over next time I use it.
