How to come there.i do not know about the approach road, road conditions, where to stay at Neel,my safety concerns, whether the locals will accept me as a tourist or not,these are the main Concerns before starting my journey.can I do it in one day from Jammu to and fro.if the response is positive,then perhaps this summer,I will be there viz in Neel valley...... a lovely valley.
