An amazing idea to develop a web-based game! I usually don’t comment on videos, but your work truly impressed me. By the way, I’m a working professional with 3 years of experience as a UI/UX developer, and after seeing your work, I’m now planning to learn web-based game development!
Thank Yout so much for that gorgeous Video!!! - I just love how openminded and globaly our generation is interested in culture, language, food, music and art! One World, one humanity!!!
A pitch for your next game. Everything same. But instead of levels. You can make it a continuous storyline. The character is a mother of two newborn twins. And your family has total 5 members including your grandma. And each day, you make a plan for what to make for breakfast, lunch, tea break and supper. And, don't forget your grandma need special dish. So, the game progress and so your child grows too.. Until they become teens... The game story continues. (note: there's no need to show character conversations. Instead just show some chats like that of a conversation in family group on mobile or something else. Personally, I think this game story will become addictive. Also, this will help teenagers a path for more healthy conscious and a family carer)
I have to say your videos are really good I like the authenticity in them , went off TH-cam for a bit I build apps as well , it isn’t easy juggling coding and content creation together you seem to be doing a good job
i would love to see the next steps where you are implementing one other level since i tried to make a JS game once as a beginner (i was and still am) and was not able to make several levels ! Anyway, good job, the design and the idea of the game are really great 😀
Best Computer Science related video I have watched after a long time, she is a intermediate dev like most of us. And she also explained how can we use AI for the GUI part which is really important in games
I really appreciate your time to spend such inspiring and motivational content, As a self start learner, I felt many time feel low and demotivated. But your content is always inspiring to move on to learn more and problem solving skills. May God Bless you abundantly!! Do you have session for One on Q & A for programming?
It'd be cool to use a measuring cup to get the flour, like you have to drag a 100g measuring cup in to the flour twice. It would add nice interactivity without having to be as detailed as a jar animation.
Such a beautiful video! I am inspired to learn about game development and try this by myself (even though I do not know coding or programming). Thanks for the inspiration to move out of our comfort zone and try new ways of learning. Please upload more such content. Kudos! 💗
love it!!! the concept is simple yet sooo effective, I genuinely love what you've created and share in this video. As a developper myself I find truely amazing what you have done with little to no game programming background
You are very creative, and I see some of my own traits in you. The difference is that you know how to code, while I focus on planning and letting AI handle the coding for me. I absolutely love your videos-the way you tell stories, start from scratch, plan, and sketch out ideas is truly inspiring. Your unique project ideas stand out, and Bentofolio is one of my all-time favorite videos on your channel.
Umm idk your video felt a little sus to me, you didnt even showed the actual development part and I think most of the time you were just beating about the bush and mostly promoting some random service, but if its legit then I would say you did a reall reall great job for a first game, the game aesthetic is awsome
None of the services I mentioned are random, they’re super popular and I’ve been using them for months (if not years). And I mean the code link is right there in the description…all you need to do is run the npm project.
You're such an inspiration and I am so invested in your videos. One thing that I love about you is that you execute your unique ideas 😮 I get a lot of fun ideas but I never dare to try implementing them. I am very inspired to just start and enjoy the process without thinking about perfection. Thank you for posting the process and the tools 🫂 Please make more and more videos like this, love you ❤
I’m not a super big fan of the utilization of ai art but it does makes sense in this scenario. If you’re focused on learned how to code a game and make it functional then why sidetrack yourself with days of art creation. Super cool video seeing your process
Brilliant! hahaha that's really cool. I am at the beginning stages of my programming course, and this was such a delight to watch. Short yet so fun! I would love to see how you are able to evolve with this game. Also love all the tips and tricks you are sharing. It really helps to see how creative one can be and how you can get ideas. Thank you so much for sharing, I hope to see more of your work!
these videos are so well made, with grate music, video editing, etc. the whole vibe of this video is so good. just love it. BTW how long did it took to make this whole video, its seems like a lot of work🤯
Would u help me pls , so I’m an informatics engineering student , I know so little u can say the fundamentals of c++ , same as Java , and when I say the fundamentals I mean the input / output syntax , calculator syntax , so it’s sooo beginner stuff even less than a beginner, my exams rely on math subjects as well since it’s engineering, but these take my whole time instead of focusing on a coding language, and when I’m in summer or winter break I don’t take time to learn anything I like to take it as a break from life tbh, my problem now , I don’t know how to start , I don’t want to just lean a programming language without understanding how everything works , as well as knowing how to change my mind ideas into code , or know how to problem solve, people say u should solve many problems to learn , but what if I can’t even solve one cuz I don’t even know how to make the idea as a machine code
Maybe you should start by studying algorithmics, it's the way to learn how to program and solve problems and turn ideas into code regardless of the language you're using, you first learn the tools(loops,conditions,functions..), and then you practice by solving a lot of problems starting from beginner level, hope this helps
Maybe try to learn a simple language such as python, which has a very simple syntax. Once you know the basics (while and for loops, if statements, variables, syntax, functions) start a small project and everything else will build on top of that. It doesn’t have to be beautiful or perfect, in fact, to make an start you don’t even need to add graphics, make it pure text. That will teach you to solve problems and to code. Those are the fundamentals. You have to learn how to think before learning how to make a beautiful interface. At least, that is what worked best for me and made me fall in love with CS
@ I love c++ and I feel like I can learn it , but I don’t know when or how to change my mind language to a code since as well I don’t know much yet only the fundamentals, but I’ll try what you said I’ll try to start a project Thank u so much If u learn anything else later on tell me
The way you think and structure your project is amazing. this is the first time I saw your channel. Hope you will do a tutorial in how you design and structure a project more thoroughly. I don't know if I explained it well but eeh Thank you.

So cool! Applauded. 10 years SWE here, and so amazing how AI can help you in so many ways. Top job :)
Loved the video but kinda got sad when u used AI to create your art.. :(
same! ure the only one i saw comment about this ;(

absolutely insane!!!!❤
Your game reminded me of cats and soup and you actually used it haha
For kneading the dough you can replicate how the game, cooking mama does the gestures for making dough by using lines
AI art usage in a game? Hell fucking noooo
Impressed with the way you documented the idea and screens
Come to Italy 💫 I really enjoyed your video!
This is so cool this is why im getting into CS. Love seeing other women in CS
part 2 needed please
Great video. Thank you for the content.
Very Interesting!!!😊
So proud of you girl. You inspire me to code it’s so fun making your own stuff.
thank you for the tips,ideas

isso me lembrou os jogos de cozinhar do friv de 2010 🥺
Yesss!! Papa’s pizzeria was one of the inspirations
@thecodedose Wow, I loved this game and the variations 🤩
Yeah the game is great, but for the code so your repository is set to private so we can't view the code can you make it public
Done!
@@thecodedoselots of love, thanks.

Can u show us the Benzo layout portfolio complete tutorial in reactjs that u had made?
Thanks for the video!
So you bought a subscription to use music from the Epidemic Sound website? Or did you use it for free?
I already had a subscription for TH-cam :)
@thecodedose It's a little bit unfair. :)
This is awesome! Turning your idea into a program is truly inspiring. I will definitely reach this level in my coding journey.
Am learning cpp but this one comes suggestions like it 😂
Hey, it seems great 😃. Would really appreciate if you can make tutorial at the same time.
Vamos 🎉
