Visor is good if you wear classes or want as mush visability as possible. Googles are great as they also keep you warm when flying in really cold conditions. The googles and visor are removed with 2 allen screws in total and takes 3 min max. :)
Nvolo is clearly who made my aviator helmet, I don't want to say how much I paid for it but it is a beautiful piece of equipment!!!

I sometimes just install them for a special flight where they are needed and then remove them (because it is very easy).
