My equipment:

Tips:
- heat temperature 90⁰C
- for the glass cuting I prefer molybdenum wire 0.06mm
- cleaning the screen with isopropanol alcohol and Magic Sponge
- I prefer Mitsubishi OCA glue
- lamination press 5bar
- autoclave 50⁰C for 15minutes
- B-7000 glue on the end

Hey, im growing more confident in my phone repairing. Might try out to replace glass only on a phone soon. What are the machines at 11:30 and 11:45? Are they necessary for a good repair?
Hey! For OLED displays machines are not necessary, then You have to use LOCA glue to put new glass. But for LCD displays, iPad displays machines are necessary. Then effect is as factory 😁

Are they like magnets and what is their purpose?
Are they neccessary, cuz i think i lost mine when the screen broke and if they are important may i ask the name of them?

Hi I have one question, if I was to do this without a laminating machine and instead stick the new glass around the sides of the e screen then clamp it for temporary use will I face any problems
Hi! Hmmm.. I think it should work, but remember that after 2-3 months You will have a dirts under the glass. But it should work, test before glueing 😁

I have one question, do you know why debubbler does not remove all bubbles for me? I set it to 50C for 15 minutes & removes many bubbles but always has some left. Any suggestions my bro? 😔

First please tell me, is it on straight and curved screens, or only on the curved? How much bar pressure You have on debubbler?
@@JerryMobilePL It happens on both screens my bro. My machine is TBK-408A. It measures in kpa the vacuum settings. It only goes up to 98 kpa. Anything above that my machine does not support :(
@@f_x9771 vacuum 98 is ok. Question is if themeasurer shows it correctly. Probably yes so problem can be in debubbler (pressure lower than 6bar) or lamination pressure is too low. OCA glue is very important too- I use only Mitsubishi and I never has a problem. About different noname oca.. I has the same problems like You

@@JerryMobilePL You were right Jerry, I did higher pressure & debubbler work ok now. But problem is, bubbles are removed but in 1 or 2 hours small bubbles appear in corners, what am I doing wrong? 😔

Apple make big shit.Between glass and aluminium frame must be rubber absorber,like for a Razer blade laptops.I get small hit and glass for Apple was brouken,but more bigger hit for my Razer and display stay still live.

VEryGood. BEAUTIFUL
