I used to be a very angry person as well. And that comes when you face injustice growing up. So you become so sensitive to it. God gave me a beautiful example through my husband, who decided to choose love. He fights with kindness. So when I really started to pay attention to the way he handles difficult people, I realized how strong and powerful that is. So I take his lead, and I now handle these situations with more forgiveness. It is not easy at first but it is so good for the soul. You really do feel better for it, and it gets easier with time.
