I’m not in school anymore but I always take most of the things mentioned in my purse when I’m out and about anyway cause it’s always good to be prepared. I work from home so I don’t need to have a bag at home but when I run errands, go to workout or hang out with friends or go anywhere honestly it’s so nice to have what I need. Some people have practice in the morning before school and have to get ready at school and want to wash the sweat off their face. Also I personally do track after school and I get sweaty and I don't live super close to my school so I don't want sweat sitting on my face for 20 mins and sometimes I want to go out to eat after practice and having a mini face wash helps me feel clean and prevent acne.

I think you should add a mirror! I think it’s also an essential if you ran out of gum or if you don’t have any floss that can cover up the food you got stuck in your teeth you can just grab a mirror after your school lunch and check if you don’t have anything stuck in your teeth or so atleast before when you grab the colgate wisps so you can just check if you actually need to take food out of your mouth (That’s what I usually do and floss is also SO helpful because sometimes I eat meat or basically anything for lunch and food gets stuck between my teeth and I can’t get it out.

I'm glad I don't need lint rollers. I have a standard poodle, he doesn't shed at all. He does attract grass, dog food/treats, and other animals hair though. He's like a rug. I have other pets but I am only taking my poodle since he is my service dog when I go to college and live in a dorm. I've actually found my own hair on him before.. I guess he might need a lint roller. Also, a tip from someone with POTS. I have POTS which is a type of dysautonomia, I am supposed to eat 10,000mg of sodium daily, the average person is supposed to have 2,000mg. I have to eat a lot of sodium so I don't faint. Electrolyte drinks are salt and a little bit of sugar. You can make your own at home by mixing salt, sugar, and a bit of those water flavour squeezy things that you add to water. You can also just add salt to any drink. There is no need to buy expensive electrolytes, you're paying for expensive salt. I prefer to use celtic salt or real pink himalayan salt because they have a lot of minerals. Only use electrolytes as needed. If it is very hot outside and you have been sweating, electrolytes would be good. If you are an athlete, electrolytes are good too. If you are drinking them just because you want to, that is HORRIBLE! Too much sodium/electrolytes is dangerous for your liver and kidneys. Only use it when you actually need it.
