Hey, I have a template to my resume I used in a resume video I made. I never used a cover letter as well. I had a few internships already when I applied but I know interns that got Disney offers without prior internship experience.

Education is important for jobs in disney?or only skills matter btw I'm really good in graphic design

Both matter. You need a bachelors degree for a full time role and the skills listed in job descriptions.
