In the UK for example, if you are 17 and want to get a license, u have to get A1 license first which limits you to bikes of 125 cc(that's why the Duke 125 exists). Then when you are 19 you can graduate to a2, which limits you to 395 cc i think.. only when you are 24, you can get a A license and drive whatever you want. That's how most of Europe works.
Other than WP USD Forks I didn't see anything premium in rc125. R15 also has premium features like aluminum swingarm, Perimeter Frame, assist and slipper clutch, VVA (shift cam profile which is not present in any superbikes except the newly launched s1000rr), Dual Channel ABS (for better stopping power & stability).
RC IS RC AND KTM IS KTM yamaha and any other bike brand is good but there's also a premium class! and there's always haters. And talking about practical i dont think haters have seen Brutale 800 or bikes like those and it's a super sport machine man you gotta pay for what they give. I will be riding the bike 50 % in city and 50 % on highway I am 5 feet 4 inches and have a big tummy so RC is out of question I was not comfortable at all so my remaining choices are duke 200 and 390 I test rode both the vehicle duke 200 was comfortable for my height and riding style.
