MAMCU is just on a level above all the rest. I watched all her previous performances from Sing!China 2019 as Steinman Cluster and her past music videos as Su Da Man Zu!!! She already has a built in international fan base and may be in the show to expose herself to a wider audience and not really want to join a girl group that will end up promoting in Thailand alone !!🤟
No one really knows her except the Chinese audience... And you just didn't know the other trainee, Krista, also has a powerful voice and can compete with her. Mumcu sings well. But it's not a WOW. I've listened to many versions of Golden Hour. This version is considered indifferent. She still has many points that need to be improved, such as her pronunciation and English accent. To be honest, if you don't watch the subtitles, no one will be able to understand what is being said.
Krista Shim is no match for MAMCU but she will debut because Krista is 10 years younger than MAMCU and fits what Jackson Wang is looking for. MAMCU is probably here to promote herself and not really want to be in a girl group full of kids.
